~Chapter 1 – Legion's golden age

It is the golden age of the legion, and the legion is galactic heroes, nearly getting rid of all Zionthor's allies, but this does leave Earth with less of a guard. Similar to Dyon, the legion is relied upon by various planets, making the legion prioritise multiple planets. Right now, the legion is helping some green apes on the planet Sphi. This is mainly a pale jade green world, made up of a glossy yet hard material, similar to glass but without the transparency. The world has spheres everywhere, some are floating, some have entrances as buildings and the rest are there as part of the environment. From how gripping the green ape’s hands are, they can climb around all these structures.  Speaking of the green apes, they are bigger than the biggest apes currently on earth, they have darker fur alongside dark blue skin, bare feet and hands and their whole head is bold too, with massive eyes to boot. These green apes live in a world that is essentially the galaxy's GPS, and many have been trying to get hold of this technology.  This race is happy to help a legitimate set of explorers or galactic airlines, but those who want to explore for evil will often fight back. While they do fight back well enough, there was too much damage, and the cubs need defending, and this is where the legion helps. The foes they are fighting are rikkos, T-rex-like aliens which are designed for various combat situations, and they had nothing against the legion, so they too later had to bail their mission like many other Zionthor's allies beforehand. As the legion and even Dyon arrive, they already act on a strategy Nicole tries to use the high ground as she fires her stun laser at the rikkos, as her high ground is a massive sphere, she is stood there without falling off while the rikkos struggle to climb up they’re despite their decent claws and leg muscles.Yes, these rikkos will be spared to see if they will turn and stop fighting, they are not causing anything catastrophic compared to the likes of Orphion and Ozona after all, but the rikkos isn't a race that gives up, even if one of them does. Dyon mainly helps defend the young green apes or the green apes which are at least inexperienced, while using his body force to stop the rikkos, any of his long-range weaponry is too harmful. The rikkos do anything by trying to bite at Dyon, charge at him or kick him hard, but none of that dents Dyon once, resulting in Dyon moving their attacks aside or throwing them towards the ground without damaging the ground, trying to make them lose interest in fighting him. Pod and Arvin are fighting alongside each other, Arvin is on his own, but because this is yet another world for him to get used to, he is scared and distracted, but Pod has his back. Pod avoids using fire but he uses ice to make the floors slippery for the rikkos, water to push any rikkos away or put rikkos into any ice blocks for an easy hit against them, and they are also trying to be mindful of the residents around them. Arvin helps Pod by using back spikes to prevent any rikkos from trying to eat him, and stronger arms to prevent himself from being stomped, holding any rikko legs up and away from him. Other green apes are trying to help, they have the power of a sonic scream which enables them to hinder any rikkos while also bringing them down using their strength, and these creatures mainly fight solo. They know they have enough of their inner strength to resolve the situation far quicker, and these sonic screams can only hurt if you are within the radius, meaning no green apes accidentally hurt any of the legion's ears. Zammy however who is still defending the main source of all locations isn't doing well on his own, constantly looking around, and with his new gadgets not working such as a throwing wheel which also zaps lightning, enabling him to produce lightning elsewhere. But this doesn't work, Zammy had rushed it considering how busy they have been, scaring and disappointing him, and even Nicole isn't very pleased, so she has to help Zammy by shooting at the rikkos nearby Zammy alongside anywhere else, Even Dyon gives Zammy a good boost by flying from one rikko to the next, providing enough force to move them harshly without too much bruising. Even after this, Zammy thought this gadget wheel was a flawed idea, thinking he could zap elsewhere isn’t the most responsible, he can shoot lightning from long range after all, and so this makes Zammy wonder what else he can do. The fight goes on until the rikkos around eventually stop, not knowing what to do, and with no one attacking the rikkos because of how aimless they have become, no thanks to the strong resistance of the legion. These rikkos also do not reveal the location of the green ape’s planet, making it a mystery to the Deepa Fortress once the rikkos decide to bail. The rikkos leave their large ship to leave the planet, almost like a cargo ship but a lot smaller and without the cargo, still able to carry twenty or more rikkos, a similar pale jade colour as them. These bailing Zionthor allies have not only been more common but these recent ones have been safer because the Deepa fortress is more focused on finding the elements and countering the legion rather than chasing their traitors, they can do that afterwards. While the legion has been mostly successful in battles like this, it has been having its duds recently. Arvin isn't coping well with the changes, Pod is eager to sort out the morfils as they have been side-lined to sort out other evil beforehand, Nicole is wanting more members and poor Zammy cannot fight on his own.  As the battle was a win for them, they were then rewarded with a copy of a galactic GPS to help various planets from now on, which the legion was already keen on. The legion manages to navigate the galaxy well via their navigational technology thanks to what Earth has explored so far and even Dyon helps add to the navigation too. Earth (well, its base) is now in possession of the life force and Ozona's power (the former is in the energy-absorbing machine with some improvements thanks to Zammy and Arvin. The latter is in an energy-absorbing briefcase which was also created by both Zammy and Arvin, something which Arvin enjoyed very much, but Zammy wished his technology to be better than creating stuff with static and limited materials. Despite that, the legion still has been making great progress, reducing all evil whether it's the self-contained crimes on various planets or the near-apocalyptic attacks which the legion believes only come from Zionthor’s allies. The legion despite having no allies still has the favours of many planets, and so the legion has an idea to gain help to protect these powerful energy sources on other planets. Considering Earth already has many valuables such as the legion members themselves, they need to keep the whole Earth safe, it was the first planet they were protecting after all. Minutes later, the legion does come back to earth where they have a go with the universal GPS from the green apes, allowing them to gain ideas for where they can protect the other forms of energy. As a planet GPS, Zammy wondered one day if he could see his planet, wondering why if this big galactic community there had been no one else who looked like Zammy, creating odd questions in his head, something which Pod could sympathise with, and despite having the technology, that would have to wait. Thanks to Dyon joining the discussion via an audio call and mixing his knowledge with Pod’s, they consider placing these forms of energy to their prior keepers or at least find another race capable of protecting such power, like former guardians of the universe before a certain someone ruined everything. What are the considered planets thanks to the galactic GPS? Firstly, according to Dyon, the titanrans used to look after the life force, and with the universe being safer, and with the race using the life force in various ways, why not bring it back to them? Even if the planet is very far away, the other idea is where to place Ozona’s power. The world of the sochas was also recommended by Dyon, many races like the sochas have created their defences if they were to protect any significant energy or anything else precious. The sochas would be glad to be protectors once again, after having to act like normal residents of their little planet for so long. Later, the legion is about to go to get ready for bed, but Arvin however is not sleepy. For the past few days, he was living a life where the legion was a simple set of mates, saving a world and more in their own time, resolving simple situations outside of a couple of significant events. But now, the legion hardly has their privacy, they are icons, which Arvin is not keen on, he is even sometimes chased by the public to the point where he has to run into sewers and clean himself afterwards. Zammy had less time for Arvin because of not being able to assist with Zammy’s new power as that became more of a focus compared to new gadgets. Nicole is out and about trying to find new members for the legion, and she does this before leaving any planet alongside spending a lot of time researching the many planets around the universe. But despite this carnage, at least he has Pod, and Pod has Arvin too. The world was certainly not what it was before Ozona’s downfall, not many are acting the same way and even feels like he is losing a sense of purpose. So, he decides to go for a stroll, remembering the good times before all the changes, even seeing some areas of the earth where some of the first missions took place, especially the time when Orphion was trying to invade. If the changes weren't present enough, Arvin encounters some new faces, Opasnost and Amicu. Amicu does ask nicely where the legion is, and Opasnost accidentally presents himself as threatening to whip his blades out. Arvin early enough sends a warning signal to the legion's collabtors, not knowing what to do with a couple of infiltrators. Pod is the one to reach this first, going through a river and landing near where Arvin is. Pod makes himself threatening himself too and tries to get Opasnost and Amicu to back off. Pod pushes Amicu back, Amicu doesn’t respond, but when Pod tries to freeze Opasnost, Opasnost dodges it via a speed boost and tries to swing his blades at Pod. Opasnost gets Pod to back off, not knowing how to calm Pod down, Amicu wants to cooperate with the legion, and Opasnost is not bothered, as long as he has fun fighting. Amicu tries to calm the situation but Opasnost's escalation makes the situation worse, and this is where both Nicole and Zammy come and calm the whole situation down before the fight gets too rough. Pod was countering Opasnost’s swings and overall trying to get Opasnost to stop fighting. Whilst the flamo fight from the past was obvious to be an attack and an intent to fight anything in their way, Nicole could see that Amicu was not threatening and that Pod was an aggressor similar to Opasnost.  There was more to the fight before Zammy and Nicole arrived, Pod attacked Opasnost first, using his trident and making Opasnost slip via summoned ice on the ground Opasnost got up quickly and turned on temporary invincibility to get an upper hand towards Pod as Opasnost makes himself tougher, and despite hard sword whacks from Opasnost’s duel blades. Pod counters them all thanks to using his trident for defence, only to trap Opasnost in some ice to try and keep him still, but then Pod is knocked back via Opasnost’s astral form, pushing Pod back. Pod summons a ball of ice, and this is where Zammy and Nicole zoom into the fight in the Awesome Atone to calm down the fight, and They act quickly thanks to a notification from Arvin, with Amicu sitting and chilling as he watches the fight, interested in Pod’s abilities and how Opasnost manages to hold his own. But when it gets too close to death, Amicu does summon a jade green cube (as his main ability) now and again to stop Pod or Opasnost from killing one another. This includes placing a cube in front of Opasnost’s blades or a small push towards Pod to reduce anything fatal. After the fight, the legion asks who Opasnost and Amicu are, and both of them are willing to surrender so both of them are taken to the base. Opasnost was willing to surrender thanks to Amicu’s advice considering fighting the legion was never the plan, and even Pod was asked to calm down considering Amicu is in the right to make themselves neutral, making Pod dislike Amicu so far. Amicu is a new race in the eyes of the legion, almost like a giant otter but made up of dark greens, have slightly longer arms and legs and are overall much bigger, as big as Pod.

~Chapter 2 - Slitheroc himself

In a world, where we see a whole race, struggling to live everyday life, they were a race that used to thrive via robbing and making controversial deals with other planets. The last few ones they try to perform have been hindered by the legion, meaning fewer resources and income to go around, meaning the whole race has to make cost-effective decisions and careful ones at that. This race is called the Repiles, consisting of yellowish-green skin, two fins on their head, a long neck, a bulky body, around seven feet tall and almost dragon-like. After also have a variety of fire-based abilities, which have been useful for the likes of warmth and cooking for the race. One of them is a previously established ally of Zionthor, Slitheroc, who is one of Zionthor’s best allies. If his race is struggling, he has to do his work to help his race. He is also an inventor, no one else in his race matches his skill level for what he has been capable of. He has been inventing all sorts like walking turrets as well as giant robots to aid Zionthor’s energy-searching quest, but recently, because of the legion, he is getting downtrodden. The only thing he has left is two things, a clone of a certain legion member which he is nearly finished, something which he makes in his ship. What has been ready and roaming however are his upgraded stonos, his mechanical ones, made up of a harder type of space rock but also with a metallic skeleton. While an average stono is a dark cyan, these are a lighter blue and are slightly bigger. Even their weapon which is a shooting mace is now a dual mace with blunt weapons on either end of both sticks which enables more air-bending abilities like stronger gushes of air. Even Slitheroc has helped generate new roxi serpents, made a similar way to his upgraded stonos, using a machine that can duplicate many at a time, and as there are loads. They have been going from one planet to the next, but even most of them are getting brought down by Dyon. As Slitheroc flies away from his home once more, looking down on his struggling world, he contacts Zionthor for what to do next, as well as which planets the new upgrades stonos have been visiting. Zionthor despite being disappointed that Slitheroc only has one army is still happy with the upgraded stonos (as Slitheroc often updates Zionthor about his resources). Additionally, he tells Slitheroc to try and get to earth, as another chance to take down the legion as well as get one or two forms of energy which the legion should have. Before going to Earth, however, he goes to visit Snope, a world with spijos, alike humans but with massive spider legs behind them, enabling them to climb, run fast and even gain height. These are some of the biggest legion fans around, as galactic travellers, they have seen the legion in action many times, spreading stories of them all over. This Ekron has seen during one of his spying duties and even contacts all of Zionthor's goons for who is up for the challenge, and Slitheroc is fed up with the legion’s fan clubs considering what the legion has done to him. After a long drive via light speed, Slitheroc and his army of upgraded stonos arrive on their roxi serpents to Snope, planning an attack. The fan club is seen as a community, sharing tales, creating art and showing off footage, but all of this gets interrupted as Slitheroc sends his army to mess up the whole community, injuring all sorts. But considering this is a race that isn’t into combat according to Zionthor, no killing is done, and killing this race would have alerted the likes of the legion or Dyon alone (even planning to get the community to not contact the legion if they want to live). The world they are in also lacks technology, and it is a world Dyon hasn’t got to just yet regarding placing one of his satellites there.  However, the legion does have to go to get his race back on track and to please Zionthor too. Even Dyon is currently sorting out another issue which is far more serious, involving a collection of Zionthor’s allies to try and diminish another fighting race on another planet. Mollug had been trying to use spells to keep the allies under the radar despite adding pressure to his book energy-wise, but even then, Dyon has been managing to zoom from planet to planet, taking down one foe after another manually, unless he is with the legion. The upgraded stonos use their maces to either fight the community up close or create gushes of air to push multiple people away, hitting them into walls and tables alongside many other items like the artwork. Even Slitheroc joins in the action by not only using his fighting skills but as he has a massive claw, he uses to scratch any of the community members or grab anyone to then throw them, The fire powers he keeps to a minimum because he doesn’t want to cause a fire. It all ends quickly, ending with Slitheroc warning the community to stop representing the legion, stopping them from making the legion godly icons. As the upgraded stonos goons start to leave, making Slitheroc is very intimidating on his own, enough to make a whole group of aliens scared. Slitheroc has been going at various races considering how widespread the legion’s fan base is, with the legion worshipped in various ways. Even Slitheroc recommends they tell other planets to narrow down the fan clubbing, otherwise, there will be severe consequences for them all, there is no need for killing if ruining their lives in a variety of ways could be just as dire. This is how Slitheroc works, he likes to make others suffer long-term effects while also making himself good, and killing isn’t always his vibe. Now, this has been done, the next stop; is earth.

~Chapter 3 - The Legion and the duo

The legion’s day isn’t the only day incomplete, even Retron decides to go and see the president, he has been living his worst life, feeling useless, with eyes all around him and with no support from anyone. But recently, he has been looking into Earth’s development with netro, wondering what else to do with it. While netro, for now, has been used to paint over anything that needs hardening like vehicles via coating anything with metal. It does have many technological advantages despite Dyon’s warnings not to, wishing Dyon is out of the way, well, the legion being out of the way overall. Retron goes to see the president to try and negotiate the use of netro, perhaps getting Dyon and the legion to agree to use netro for extra earth defences. While the president does agree at first because the earth might need to be more defended considering the legion going in and out of the earth. At the same time, there have been more servicemen thanks to the legion inspiring more people to protect others, and so netro coating everything is helping them without needing the extra step to turn netro into technology. Retron demands the change, and the president stands his ground, seeing that Retron only wants to perform this idea because of missing the feeling of being on top, Retron then goes quiet, and he leaves the president in anger, wondering what else to do. But the president has said that if the legion isn’t around on earth all the time, then there could be a chance for Retron to be a hero of his own. But for Retron it is not enough, Mike is leading the servicemen everywhere, so quick that Retron cannot get his sniper in time, for now, he just needs time to strike...a time to strike either Dyon or the legion. Despite some concerns, the president is also okay with the legion leaving planets if the earth is safe enough which he thinks it is, the legion may have its capabilities but the servicemen together have survived massive situations too. The conversation between them ends, leaving Retron to be better, hardly in the mood for the president despite being buddies who used to fight in battles together. The president too lost his legs from his last battle, humans only, no aliens. The president is unable to move around as much as Retron, and the president chooses, a role where he has to sit often, he isn’t as bothered about moving about compared to Retron. Retron not only tries to push for his legs to be as good as his former biological ones but the president has also been weirded out that the president has coped with his loss of legs compared to Retron. The president after all can cope thanks to his patient approach with everything, but Retron as the ‘perfect hero’ demands instant perfection in his eyes. Back at the legion’s building, the legion chats with Opasnost and Amicu with handcuffs on, Opasnost and Amicu provide evidence (thanks to Amicu having a projector of a new foe) they show that there is a new foe for the legion to face. This new foe is Slitheroc, he is a right-hand ally of Zionthor and a very loyal one at that. The legion is additionally told that Slitheroc is not only very efficient with Zionthor's missions but can create proper life forms to assist including the new upgrade stonos and even roxi serpents. This aspect the legion finds odd, especially Pod who not only finds this triggering but knows what it’s like to be another form based on another life form.  Dyon has stated that he had taken down a group of them before, puzzling him but thanks to Mollug’s cloaking spell and with fewer allies to stress the activity of his book, Slitheroc and this new army remain hidden from time to time.  And both Amicu and Opasnost go on to say that they found this out thanks to overhearing another one of Zionthor’s ally’s conversations before bringing them down, making both Amicu and Opasnost into a set of peacemakers themselves. Amicu also explains that he too thanks to hacking CCTV technology vis his cubes (considering they can manipulate any physical matter). They managed to stay under the radar too, making the legion wonder why Amicu and Opasnost have been unheard of. This is certainly handy because as Zionthor has been getting resistance from so many planets, including Zionthor losing many allies, Slitheroc gives Zionthor another hand in that regard, and Zionthor has never felt so weakened and lowered, he is starting to get more impatient and run low on options. Amicu also states that Slitheroc has another trick which will help Zionthor win, and there is a storm that is currently building up on another planet, and it will be released between hours or a single day. Amicu claims that they don’t know what planet, but they should be able to track it via energy tracking from one planet to the next, seeing which planet is charging up energy. While the legion thought to stop the storm, they did, however, want to sort out the energy sources first, this building storm could be a trap. Even Opasnost or Amicu could lead the Haphazard Legion to a trap of their own, not building trust immediately. Nicole however sees another angle; they could be potential members once the legion and the duo build up enough of a bond. Even then, the energy sources could be in danger if they aren't sorted out beforehand, meaning that Slitheroc would have to be confronted after dropping the energy sources off. Opasnost and Amicu eventually agree with an idea from Nicole, knowing the storm is to be released in a day, there is enough time to drop off each element or at least attempt to. The legion hasn’t heard of this storm before, and Amicu states that the world is hidden well from any radar, even Slitheroc too has been able to hide from plain sight, the legion has only heard rumours about him. There was the idea to split teams but if there are going to be dangers as bad as Orphion and Ozona, then they must stay united. While the threat of Slitheroc is convincing from Amicu and Opasnost, Nicole and Pod are keeping an open mind for what kind of beings they could be, not fully applying trust yet despite the potential to bond. Even this storm could be a way for Zionthor to trap the legion to get hold of the energy sources, adding to why the energy sources must be away from the legion but still well protected. Even Pod asks why to get with the legion if they could sort it out themselves. Amicu answers that as he and Opasnost have also heard rumours about the legion trying to get new members, then they have this chance to gain some new members and show the legion that they can inspire anyone to join. Nicole has been asking one race to the next after all, and this has been a topic area other races have found interesting despite not having enough courage to join. Fighting against Zionthor’s goons on their turf is one thing, but aiding the protection of another planet or more is quite a stretch. Not to mention Slitheroc and others like Zionthor may require more teamwork, so there is safety in numbers. Arvin however is somewhat bothered by this too as it adds to the changes, but even Zammy think this might be a good opportunity, to make new friends. Once the new duo is aware of what kind of energy sources they are, they go and make their way on Opasnost's ship, a ship which may be smaller but is quicker, and is called the Cometfront, a ship which has been Opasnost's oldest friend. The cometfront is a mixture of lime and jade green, the side and top fins however are a pale blue, the ship looks like your average rocket except it zooms horizontally not vertically, meaning it has a pointy front too. Zammy sadly has to Awesome Atone down at the legion building, he will be missing the familiarity of his ship, but it's not all about him. Thanks to the planning from earlier, everyone has a good sleep, with Amicu and Opasnost giving their room while security systems are up. They remain handcuffed, and they only get their cuffs removed once they get going, when possible, which could take place, where the legion is more prepared. Arvin however didn’t sleep immediately, Arvin shows Pod during the night that he is nervous about these new aliens, alongside other changes. Pod not only understands how these changes have been making it difficult for him to consider that the added fame and priorities are taking attention away from the morfils. As long as they have each other, they should be fine to settle with the legion, but at the same time probably to strengthen their inner strength, but they both did sleep well in the end and became up and ready with the others, first thing in the morning. Going from Earth to their first destination was like any other space trip, going through endless stars and rocks with a planet now and again, and the ship’s speed generated light streams on either side of a vehicle’s window to indicate the speed nearly reaching light. But despite that, it's smooth, making it a relaxing experience for anyone. The legion has its destinations, the home of the titanrans and the home of the sochas. Opasnost who is keen on fighting, and Amicu who isn't very patient, have an idea that the titanrans do visit a closer planet called Nahashtu (a way shorter area to get to), a resort where many alien races can hide while also enjoying mounds of entertainment, there are even legion fans too. Even the area it is has always been like it even before a certain event came along, always appealing to multiple races even before some of the races had to disguise themselves. Nicole while interested is nervous about the idea because the legion could draw too much attention when they are trying to plan many things at once. Despite wanting new members, she won’t do so immediately as she and others would need to see what the world is like. But Opasnost and Amicu tell them not to worry because as the world is trying to avoid trouble from Zionthor (like many other worlds), everyone there wears a device that can turn them into any other race, a race that isn't targeted by Zionthor, races that do good without the need for combatting or dominance. These devices mainly turn anyone into another race in a holographic way while making the hologram solid too. The legion and duo arrive at Nahashtu, they land their ship around a spare spot, and Opasnost goes to fetch the devices. The legion wonders about the payment for these devices, but Opasnost tells them not to worry about that too, Pod decides to follow Opasnost closely despite Amicu's objections, trying to tell Pod that Opasnost is grown up and can do it on his own. So far, the legion and duo are okay, Nicole is eager to get to know them, but Pod is not keen on either of them, especially after this. Opasnost goes to see the service that most would go to first, to get themselves a device. The cashier who is familiar with Opasnost, tries to ask for payment once more, but Opasnost gets all fearsome, and so the cashier gives in. Pod comes in, however, to tell off Opasnost, snapping Opasnost out of the scary phase, and getting Opasnost to leave thanks for Pod’s presence. Amicu follows Pod to explain that’s how they normally get the devices, but Pod is not a fan of this, thinking it’s criminal, making Pod and Amicu not get on the right foot with one another. Pod offers his payment of a whole heap of ice to which the cashier is happy enough, even this ice melts infinite water which adds to the appeal. Pod asks why Opasnost does this, and it turns out that Amicu has been encouraging Opasnost to be more fearsome of others because of what the galaxies are like. Pod however counters this by talking about how things can only get better if everyone gets on and agrees with a significant level of peace, acts like this will continue the problem.

~Chapter 4 – Entering Nahashtu

Regardless, the legion and duo wear their devices and become a variety of races. Zammy becomes a Kilink, a race that has two extra tentacles, Nicole becomes a Blup which has spikes on her back, Pod becomes a narwhal creature also known as a Horp, Arvin becomes a Minap which is the same size but more reptile-like, Opasnost turns into a Heddil that has a face with some fins and finally, Amicu becomes a crocodile alike creature also known as an Allitor. With all of them disguised, they are off to find the titanrans. While they are disguised, the titanrans do always go for the same race, ones called Logonives, massive creatures with four blue fins on their back, mostly green and scaly and have long necks. The titanrans normally go to Nahshtu for various reasons like supplying food/vegetation or getting various DNA of various races to help clone other races. They even provide a special type of life force-based energy that can heal any injury, a secret only the titanrans have unlocked considering their history with the life force, ones that are either underpopulated or extinct, making them good beings continuing to help others under the radar when the race was galactic heroes. Before seeing the titanrans however, the legion has a good exploration around the area, they see the likes of food stands, and resources coming from many planets, alongside many sport-like activities (excluding any combating sports) and there are even many areas for vegetation to grow and the many races to race. The planet is also an open area for graffiti, and those who go there form all sorts like legion tales being visualised, anti-Zionthor propaganda and representing various races via art such as morfils being demonised, something which does bother Pod knowing that morfils have affected whoever goes to Nahashtu. Firstly, two ships capture the eyes of Zammy and Opasnost, the Monolog, and the Starburst ring, the former is the quickest ship in the universe, and the latter can take more damage compared to most ships. The Starburst ring is alike a rubber ring shape but it has two small fins on either side with the pilot seat at the centre, and with the engine at the back, mainly a variety of cans colour-wise. Even the Monolog is cyan, and it is similar to the Cometfront except it has actual landing parts, a wider design, and large side windows alongside a round exhaust which aids the speed. Opasnost likes his ships, even talking about a world of aircraft also known as Garap, where it would have the most types of vehicles across the universe. Zammy adds to this conversation by showing a projection of what the Awesome Atone is like. Opasnost pretends to be impressed, but at the same time, Opasnost wonders why Zammy is so team-oriented as Zammy mentions that the size of his ship can fit many. Opasnost then goes on to belittle Zammy that being in a team is not always a good thing because independence is needed, which does make Zammy defensive but does start thinking that Opasnost could have a point. More exploration of the area takes place, and they see a lot from stores, weapon workshops and more. As they walk around, Zammy becomes interested in the ability Amicu can form cubes, cubes that make up every solid object in the universe. Zammy is very interested in having a power like this, even thinking that he can create all sorts of gadgets. After requesting a hint of this power, Amicu will only offer it if Zammy is worthy of it, which makes Zammy eager to find some good to do. On the other hand, Opasnost and Nicole have a small clash where Opasnost sees a fighting competition to which he is keen to go. Nicole however tries to keep Opasnost with the rest of the team, and then Opasnost objects by stating that he doesn't want to follow anyone. This is where Nicole challenges Opasnost for a quick spar, if Nicole wins, she continues to lead, but if Opasnost wins, he can do whatever.  Both agree to have no weapons, so Opasnost throws a good few punches which Nicole dodges, and despite no blades, Opasnost uses his blade-swinging skills to perform some alternative punches. Also kicking techniques, which he uses along his blades result in a collection of attacks towards Nicole which she either dodges well or defends in a way she may have never done before, making Opasnost quite formidable. Then Opasnost swings one kick which Nicole catches and swings Opasnost into the ground, and keeps him on the ground, putting his arm behind him, aching him while he’s pinned to the ground, making Nicole win, with the legion watching, and thankfully in an area to which there is hardly any public witnesses, except one. Opasnost has his telling off to which Amicu mildly agrees with Nicole, and so the legion gets going, with Opasnost. Because of mentioning the likes of the power sources and referring to the legion, Ekron is nearby, one of Zionthor’s best fighters, one of whom went to the Arctic. After finishing off what he was doing, Ekron hears the information which convinces Ekron that the legion is on the same planet as him. He was previously confronting another being after he tried to fight Ekron after being inspired by the legion (this being was a ribi which was small, frog-like, dark blue with large eyes), making Nahashtu a possible location which could do with Zionthor's treatment. Ekron believes he saw the legion in disguise, and so he contacts his allies to where he is, other familiar faces basically, another chance to get rid of the legion. Eventually, the legion does come across the titanrans coming out of a trading area, providing more vegetation and food for the whole planet.  The legion and the titanrans eventually get into an agreement to chat after proving to the titanrans that they are the legion but in disguise, using their collabtors to show much evidence such as where they came from, what they have done recently and proof they fought the likes of Ozona. They sit in a peaceful area, full of wooden chairs and tables, with a shelter above them and there are even fiery lanterns nearby, making the place warm and relaxing. The titanrans do know them well, via stories like most races, but aren't the most enthusiastic towards the legion. Because of how the universe’s previous guardians despite their efforts had an ego, making them fake, being a hero is far more complicated than fighting the threats, it’s about other intentions along the way. In-between, the legion asks about why the titanrans sent off the life force or if there are any titanrans to spare to add to the legion, and it was because of their safety, Zionthor might be onto them if tracked, and they don’t trust the legion’s universal security. This makes the progress towards bringing back the extinct races slower yet safer, and they send the life force away via their last escape pod which is part of their massive ship. The only one at that, created by a mechanic race known as coniks, cyborg creatures with features like ape arms and big eyes, always happy to make ships for any race regardless of morality as long as they get paid. Regardless, the titanrans keep those thoughts to themselves, and the legion talks about how the titanrans could take back the life force as it was sent down to earth only to be protected thanks to Pod's minor knowledge that Zionthor is after certain forms of power. The titanrans (without knowing about Pod) are familiar with Earth thanks to their long relationship with the coniks, saying that they heard that Earth is one of the more evolving worlds in the universe. The life force is very valuable, the titanrans don't want to risk their cover by getting it back, not to mention the legion hasn't sorted out Zionthor yet. Having the life force does mean making the method of bringing back races from extinction quicker and enabling more races to come back, meaning the titnarans are both slow and limited with what they can do so farm, which they are fine with. Is the universe safe enough? This debate sadly gets side-tracked as Vondur (one of the titanrans) belittles Pod as morfils are one of the main enemies of the titanrans. This angers Pod, mainly because this is a result of the legion not sorting out the morfils yet. Sometimes these disguise devices can glitch depending on how old they are, and Pod’s true form was seen for a split second, which captured Vondur’s eye. Vondur is overall quite narrow when it comes to other races, and despite Carpo trying to get Vondur to have an open mind Vondur hasn’t budged once, and Carpo struggles to calm Vondur down here too. Whilst the titanrans have always been a race supporting other races, Vondur is one of those beings who is scared as he wonders what could happen if bringing certain races back.  Pod and Vondur clashing leads to a small brawl, and this discloses the agreement fully, now the legion might have to find an alternative way to get the life force protected, while also getting on at Pod, with Arvin acting as the only one who tries and support Pod. This also makes Pod more frustrated because this is why the delay towards sorting out the morfils is continuing this negative perception of the morfils. While he isn’t insecure, it is still a problem within the universe, he even shares this with Arvin, making Arvin think of it as a preferable idea because it may remind him of the good times compared to this ‘dropping off element’ quest. Even Opasnost hears Pod, making Opasnost wonder that the legion sounds like they have loads of fun, especially if he gets to fight Pod's equivalents.

~Chapter 5 - Mike’s satellite

Down to Earth, a new satellite for the Earth is nearly finished (created by Earth’s engineers), a satellite which is designed to track the threats to the Earth. Additionally, it can allow the legion to contact anyone from the building instead of relying on Dyon to do all the reporting. Even at the moment, Dyon is still diminishing Zionthor's threats, but there are still more of them. Regardless, Retron confronts Mike that all this legion stuff needs to calm down because it will get Earth into more danger which Mike reassures won't be the case. Mike has a quick test with the satellite, seeing that it does work, and he even quickly contacts the legion, seeing how the mission is. Nicole responds with some optimism even if the first chance to get rid of the life force hasn’t quite worked out, and now they will go to the sochas. Retron sees Mike work the controls of the satellite, and then Retron goes on to say that the legion cannot reach such heights and perhaps let him be a force of his own. Mike counters this however by saying that he should join the legion to which Retron angrily refuses. Retron does not want to be led by a youngster, and he doesn’t know how to move past what he has been trying to do against them such as the release of their information. Mike tries to be friends with Retron again, but Retron shrugs Mike off, feeling betrayed that the legion constantly gets on top. Before the discussion gets even more heated, Slitheroc comes to fight the forces of the earth with his upgraded stonos, attracting most of the servicemen to sort out Slitheroc. Mike and Retron notice this and so they get their gear to help join the fight, with no legion, they are on their own. Slitheroc is not only very durable but he has a variety of fire abilities like fire breathing and throwing explosive fireballs, the fighting mainly takes place at a train station which causes a massive evacuation to take place. Once the evacuation occurs, this leads to a battle between servicemen and upgraded stonos, no one from Earth has forgotten the race, and the legion and Dyon have stated that there are living ones who have decided to leave peacefully. Now these are different artificial ones which shock them, and they are harder to fight considering the strength of these new stonos. To fight these upgraded stonos, all the servicemen keep their distance and fire at the upgraded stonos while using nearby cover, and all the residents have all been taken out of the train station quickly mainly thanks to Mike’s help. Retron however is trying to be in the forefront of the fight, firing his sniper (which he uses both via long range and short range) at Slitheroc alongside other servicemen. Even Mike once all the upgraded stonos die, with the remaining ones being elsewhere beyond the stars. Slitheroc tries to fight in the long run but after having no army, he decides to run back to his spaceship and fly off before he gets any more damage from the incoming fire. He did try his best though, firing his fire-like abilities all around, which had injured and even killed a couple of servicemen, Slitheroc is a creature that can manage to take a lot of damage and his massive claw also acts as a proper weapon. Mike and Retron however manage to hold their own, with help from Mike’s drone and even a servicemen craft had to shoot through the transparent roof to get to Slitheroc more. This fight goes on for a good few minutes, with Mike joining in the forefront while Retron snipes as he normally does, mainly hitting Slitheroc, trying to come closer to the battle, trying to show off in front of the servicemen, Mike and the public, showing that Retron still has it despite his age. Thanks to the upgraded stonos, they find out that the legion is not on earth thanks to one of them encountering Retron, who says the legion is elsewhere, even using his collabtor to show that the Cometfront is leaving Nahashtu. Mike has been tracking the ship, and Retron had looked at it recently to see what kind of areas the legion goes to, in the hopes that the legion will be staying away from Earth to find a new settlement, away from Earth to keep Earth safe. Retron admits that he isn’t keen on the legion, but he would like Slitheroc to take care of them, but leave Earth alone. Thanks to this and even contacting Ekron later, Slitheroc became convinced, and so they all left. Slitheroc also found Retron’s quotes interesting, Slitheroc will be going for the legion, but Earth is still a threat too. With the battle done, Retron tries to reaffirm to Mike that this is what the legion has done, putting Earth more in danger. Mike says that this is not the legion’s fault, they are the ones trying to reduce all this danger. Retron scoffs at Mike once again, seeing all of Mike’s words as excuses, and so Retron goes back to his job and Mike goes back to the satellite, hardly phased by what Retron said earlier. Mike did hear snippets that Retron was talking to Slitheroc about where the legion could be. Mike thought it was a strange choice to cooperate with a foe in that manner, but if they could take on Slitheroc, so could the legion.

~Chapter 6 – Seeing the goons again

Going back to Nahashtu, the legion is wondering what to do nextThey can go to the socha’s planet, and they can use the journey’s time to try and find other alternatives, even Amicu mentions the world of his race before his race died out, not to mention a world of the arrowics which is also used to protect anything valuable.

However, the legion remembers from Dyon’s records that the arrowics are currently extinct, maybe resurrected in the future by the titanrans so the options are low. Back to the Titanrans, Carpo tells off Vondur for belittling Pod earlier, something which Carpo never does with any race. Vondur shows some concern for who to bring back, but while also being close-minded about it, meaning morfils are not on the list if they ever get extinct.

Carpo is shocked to hear that, any race they resurrect can come back to square one, even if bringing back Zionthor’s race, hey can be better than the era Zionthor was tied to. While Carpo tries to chat with Vondur about the legion, Zionthor’s allies jump near the Titanrans, and Ekron sees earlier that the titanrans saw the legion. The Titanrans try and get the goons to back off ( the goons being Ekron, B, Astroiden, Ravycon and Mollug).Carpo and Vondur try not to act like Titanrans, but the cover is already blown thanks to Ekron’s epic spying skills, listening to their conversations and witnessing their chronokenesis. Carpo and Vondur then agree to try and fight, something which happens very little in the streets of Nahashtu. They decide to fight once the goons try and attack them, Carpo and Vondur try and act peacefully to diminish this conflict. Vondur is also disappointed that being involved with the legion is what has led them to this, making him more annoyed with the legion. This is where a new fight starts, with the titanrans having to defend themselves using their martial arts, without using the power of vines otherwise it would give them away more easily, denying their precious plant-controlling powers earlier.  Their form of martial arts mainly consisted of grabbing foes and slamming them into the ground, with a punch here and there. The titanrans struggle, resulting in them getting a few hard hits and even cuts from the goons, and thankfully they are strong creatures, but the strength can only go so far.

Even Mollug at one point tries to use a certain spell only for him to be whacked by Vondur before he can perform it, but this is a spell he will try again.  Before the titanrans are further injured, the legion has been hearing this in the background as they are starting to head back to the Cometfront.  While the legion isn’t in the best mood, they all start to get going, seeing from afar that it’s the same goons they have fought before, and seeing new foes always makes Opasnost excited.

Back to the titanrans, the titanrans are starting to get hurt and scared by Zionthor’s allies, getting beaten by Astroiden, shot at by B, Jabbed by Ekron and bitten by Ravycon, not to mention Mollug finding a spell which could kill both titanrans, after confronting and asking where the other titanrans are at.  However, this is where the legion comes in, and fires their projectiles to get the goons away from the titanrans, these fatal projectiles either make the goons dodge the projectiles or hit them, making the titanrans move away. he titanrans take the time to recover and heal, wondering how they could fight again depending if the legion needs their help or not.  As the legion fires at the goons, Nicole goes go up to the titanrans, seeing that they are hurt, and while she did provide first aid, the titanrans demand that they can aid themselves. Nicole will protect the titanrans alongside the rest of the legion, the legion would have to please the titanrans enough to make them safe despite being behind small cover.  As this fight goes on, Mollug (knowing about the disguise devices) sees that everyone is wearing a disguising device, something which he finds out thanks to his analytical spells.

So with the space abs space, he releases a wave of energy that disarms all the disguise devices, even temporarily stunning Nicole’s and Zammy’s technological weapons too.  While Amicu helps Zammy and Nicole get their technology back on track by using some cubes to repair the technology, the devices already expose the legion, in front of many witnesses, who have never seen a fight in a long time, so they all forget about the devices and focus on fighting the goons. Even stunning the disguise devices reveals what the titanrans truly look like, This does shock Zionthor’s allies but the fighting with the legion is getting their attention more.

Even some of the residents of Nahashtu were unaware that the titanrans were around, shocking some too, even the legion is interested in what the titanrans truly look like.  The titanrans their true form are big green creatures, both muscular and chunky at the same time, massive legs with the front legs being bigger, a long stiff dinosaur tail alongside dark green shells which he has on their back and head, not the kind of shells to tuck into, it’s more like hardened skin, and even their back shells can glow whenever they use life force abilities.  As both teams fight against one another, Ekron fights Opasnost, Ravycon goes for Pod, Astroiden goes for Zammy and Amicu and Nicole are firing at both B and Mollug.

Firstly, as Opasnost fights Ekron, so far, the fight is an equal match, they have similar height, strength and fighting skills.

As Opasnost shows off his abilities like his temporary invincibility and projecting an astral body, this constantly spooks Ekron to a point where Ekron starts to get intimidated by Opasnost, making Ekron lose rounds with Opasnost.

In between, Opasnost does look at the legion around him, seeing that they don’t make themselves intimidating as they fight, making him wonder if Amicu is right or not.  Nicole however is struggling to use cover as she keeps firing at either Mollug or B, but eventually, Nicole fires a grenade launcher at B, knocking him back, and making him teleport away back to the Deepa Fortress.  The titanrans however help Nicole by manipulating some nearby vegetation to trap Mollug from behind, and before Nicole gets shot, Mollug teleports away.  While the titanrans helped, they are impressed with the legion, it makes sense why the crowd is enjoying the action, seeing the heroes in action, and doing a decent job, not to mention the help they got earlier shows that the legion does try to keep out for others even if they are primarily into the fighting. After Ekron teleports away after getting hurt, Opasnost then goes to help Pod, who had been struggling with Ravyon as Ravycon has been on Pod’s back for ages, trying not to get bitten by Ravycon, being too quick to grab hold of him. Opasnost summons one of his astral bodies to knock Ravycon off Pod, enabling Pod the chance to gain some higher ground while standing on water which slowly gushes up. This gives Pod a chance to summon various fire-based projections at Ravycon, making her run and scared, Opasnost tries to land in front of her, nearly slashing his blades towards her, but with no help from Nicole, Ravycon gets shot and then decides to leave.  Finally, Astroiden has been challenging both Zammy and Amicu, Amicu insists on being at the forefront. His cubes however can gather around Astroiden to keep him on the spot and potentially crush him between two massive walls of cubes Amicu forms, not to mention the many cubes that have been thrown at Astroiden. None of this however is enough against Astroiden, he is too tough, even grabbing Amicu at one point, but that is where Zammy while waiting for the right time to strike eventually does, providing Astroiden with a lightning strike towardsAstroiden without zapping Amicu too. Then Zammy continues to zap Astroiden, getting closer to Astroiden, even whacking Astroiden multiple times, adding to the zapping.  This all gets too much for Astroiden, and before Amicu smashes multiple cubes against Astroiden, he too teleports away, ending the fight. The legion can drop off the life force to the titanrans before they make their way back home on their ship and the legion all go back to the Cometfront to go and see the sochas and drop off Ozona's power in the hopes that the sochas will protect it.  Both the Titanrans and the legion discuss if they will see each other again, and they both have an open mind, but combatting isn’t a primary aspect of the titanrans like it used to be, so all of them will have to wait and see.

Regardless, the titanrans thank the legion for helping them, seeing them as better heroes, and with the universe probably safer with them around, the titanrans take the life, to try and quicken their progress whilst aware of the dangers.

As well as this, as a whole crowd had witnessed the legion in action, they were pleased to see the legion save the day, praising them. Zammy likes the attention, Arvin isn’t keen about these changes too despite reassurance from the others that change can provide some good things. Opasnost gets a bite of a life he never had, Amicu isn’t sure about the whole situation, hoping that being with the legion is temporary but if he loses Opasnost, he may have less protection for himself if Opasnost wants to stay.

~Chapter 7 - Slitheroc and Ekron call

Slitheroc after fighting Earth gets a projection call from Ekron, the Deepa fortress has access to communication methods that enable them to contact other ships including Slitheroc’s which Slitheroc is currently on. Slitheroc’s ship is mixed between a darker cyan alongside racing stripes made up of a pale lime green, wide and flatter compared to other ships, alike a stingray shape, with two cylinders acting as the boost. He states that they tried to fight the legion on Nahashtu, Slitheroc wishes he could have joined, but he was on Earth at the time Earth was as big of a problem so the goons had the legion and Slitheroc could try and knuckle down Earth, but what happened on earth was very minimal. And so Slitheroc has an idea to keep his other creations out and about to further benefit Zionthor's goals, other creatures and robots he has created alongside his upgraded stonos. Anyway, he and the stonos considered going to the sochas in the hopes of drawing the legion to that planet to trap them, but he will send his upgraded stonos first because he knows he won't be able to go there immediately, he is far from the sochas after all, not as fast too. This is considering he is still making progress with his latest creation, a fully functional Dyon clone, even made up of netro, with small changes to the design such as some green additions and his weapons like a laser sword.  Slitheroc is keeping tabs on where Dyon has been, and so that is another priority Slitheroc had in mind, for his creation to take down Dyon whilst his upgraded stonos should be able to handle the legion. If the first lot of his upgraded stonos don’t work, Slitheroc is already making his way there alongside additionally upgraded stonos, adding more against the legion. Finally, Slitheroc even attempts to call other goons while he is on an ongoing task of his own, but it looks like all of his friends are gone, and he knows who to blame.

~Chapter 8 – The elemental wave

Back at the Cometfront, Amicu introduces Zammy to the cubes, and after being given some minor tips. Zammy struggles to use them, and it doesn't get better afterwards, all he can do now is keep practising. Zammy rushes to try and create his technology with them, even Arvin seems interested at first but is later bothered as he doesn’t have this tech-generating ability. Before leaving Nahashtu, Nicole was trying to get new members, not now but hopefully soon, They all rejected, only wanting to admire the legion as they are, which annoys the legion due to how repetitive the question is.  Amicu, however, states a good few reasons why having such a big varied team could be a flawed idea, and he states all of those reasons in a massive piece of history, the biggest event in the universe also known as 'the elemental wave'. The event consisted of Vatter, Zionthor's father, who managed to get hold of the power of all the elements combined, and with this power, he was able to do anything like bring back races from extinction and make brownfield sites into new beautiful lands. But at the same time, getting rid of certain races, ones that could be seen as threatening or ones which are as cocky as Vatter, Zionthor and others of the race are keen to put themselves on top. It wasn't just them and their army, other leaders like Orphion and the netrobots, Mechajaw and the morfils and even Ozona were there, who were already keen on one of the forms of energy which Vatter had. While there are other allies made thanks to Vatter making connections, he did have many ally-based meetings, and the ones listed were the main allies, and their armies were gathered to discuss the changes the universe will be having soon. Possession of all that power from the elements isn't easy though, it requires a special machine to fully absorb those elements into the body of the amulet's user. The amulet is what absorbs all the forms of energy, and Vatter was using this machine as he tried to pursue his goal. This is why during the end of the ‘elemental wave war’, everyone used safe and secure ways to gather certain elements such as the titanrans using vegetation to safely get hold of Livengor and take it with them, Dyon uses the cape of Zemion to grab hold of Vibre to take it to the tengers, Ozona uses some metal to try and contain Forza to keep it to himself and the last to be collected was a type of energy called Hamota. All of those names were names of the energy sources that Zionthor is currently after and was being possessed by Vatter a hundred years ago when this ‘certain event’ took place. Zemion, the creator of Dyon (and who created Dyon recently) tried to form a legion of his own, consisting of the titanrans, sochas and graditis (who were Amicu's race). After knowing, witnessing and experiencing some intimidation from Vatter and his many other allies, this is why Zemion's team couldn’t get any more races but was still mixed up. Zemion was alongside Orphion after being persuaded by Zionthor, but Zemion quickly got to see that this was not how he wanted to fulfil his purpose, and so they are to defend Hamota greatly. Orphion, however, found out about Zemion's betrayal, and so the fight for Hamota alone occurred, involving many from the bad team, only to lose Hamota, which then leads to the battle as 'the elemental wave' started to happen. This elemental wave was mainly a win for Zemion as the wave didn't go on as much as Vatter wanted. Despite losing Hamota, Zemion’s team keeps themselves together despite clashing between races such as arguing who is better than one another. They were also questioning each other’s methods of defence and mocking each other’s cultures. So they all make their way to Zionthor’s planet, all following Zemion as he knows the location of Zionthor’s planet by now, all races have their crafts. Except for Dyon who flies himself, with a flying Zemion too as they go to the planet and with the graditis flying their custom cube-like ships to move along. As Vatter wears the amulet, he forcefully gets Zionthor to guard him and the other allies to watch all around the planet for any intruders, being so full of himself, makes Zionthor feel belittled considering he is the only one who feels like he has no significant position compared to Orphion or Mechajaw who are leaders of their armies.  Hamota was placed in the amulet and now Vatter is wearing it and goes inside the machine where he can fully intake the element's power, therefore releasing the universe's reforming wave. But their preparation is about to pay off now that Zemion’s team is coming from the heights of the sky. The titanrans have their massive cruiser, the carditis have their vehicles made up of a collection of cubes, alike your average saucer as they prefer and even the socha’s vehicles are the same colour and material as them, larva fuelled, like a stretched sphere and a back part to produce the firepower for the vehicle. This is close to the Deepa Fortress when it was the main castle of the world, even having its evacuating feature hence why it’s separated from the rest of the world later. All the evil armies start coming together and form a protective scheme around Vatter. The naravas have many defences like cannons and even firing shields that are both defensive and offensive. The morfils act as the primary up-close fighters once Zemion’s legion arrives and the netrobots mainly act as the long-range fighters, firing at the ships from afar as well as firing at Zemion’s team once they get closer. But to vary all areas, the armies do mix in some cases like having some naravas and netrobots alongside the morfils, it is the main battleground after all. Even the other naravas residents who were going about their day also had to move far from the area where the battle was taking place. Zemion’s team did attempt to attack while arriving such as the graditis throwing cubes from afar which have destroyed most of the defences. The sochas jump off their crafts and start firing projectiles from the ground, Zemion and Dyon also firing at individuals thanks to their lasers and the titanrans are to move ahead while defended by the other two races so they can lead the battle. The titanrans run ahead and fight with their strength while the others control vegetation to create more of a speed boost, with the vines hitting away or tangling a lot of the opposite team.  Later on, all three races from both sides eventually start to fight up close despite some races fighting from afar, leading to a brutal fight which is also very varied. As this happens, Zionthor keeps protecting Vatter, even fighting off any of Zemion’s team without trouble and the likes of Ozona, Orphion and Mechajaw aim to fight either Dyon or Zemion. Zemion persuades Dyon to stop both Zionthor and Vatter, and Zemion promises to catch up with him. This results in Zemion fighting all three leaders, and despite the challenge, Zemion does well, and as Ozona is far less powered, he is the first to go. Behind all of this, this is where the traitorous graditi, Torrid, takes to get Hamota for himself, so instead of sticking with the rest of his race (a race that has pushed him aside multiple times), he is aiming to stop Vatter’s machine before he goes, not caring about anyone else.  Dyon has made it to the machine, it is still charging, Vatter is getting himself familiar with the elements. Having to absorb all four powers at once is doing massive harm to him, but will all heal once the machine helps the machine bind Vatter’s body properly with the elements. Dyon only needs to perform a good few attacks to jar the machine, but that means getting through Zionthor first, which is not an easy fight.  Torrid never made it to the machine, held back by the opposite team, but due to his knowledge of his abilities, he can fight anyone quite well. As the battle goes on, more sochas are getting closer to the battle, trying to throw more larva blobs as well as forming lava everywhere to give Zemion’s team an advantage, and even the titanrans work with them by making vegetation carry the larva along for both offensive and defensive purposes. Even some graditis help form massive cubes for the titanrans to throw and even get some blunt weapons formed by the graditis, and the graditis also use cubes to make the larva spreading go faster by pushing it.  This means some good teamwork despite their differences, and not everyone is on the same page, mainly focusing on their race rather than keeping everyone on the same side. The opposite team however also have their roles in the battle, the naravas after losing most of their defences try and join the battle as the most superior martial artists, getting rid of many. They mainly go for the graditis as they are more powerful compared to the titanrans and sochas, but that also means the naravas are the main focus against the battle too.  The naravas are well armoured and bear a staff weapon which is sharp from one side and blunt on the other end, making it a varied weapon. The netrobots use all their gadgets like their normal laser guns and ships for air support, meaning a lot of Zemion’s team have to watch the skies or afar and fend them off for their safety, the shots could come from anywhere. The morfils do well to maintain their up-close position, also having their hammer weapons which have long sticks and sharp edges which makes them blunt forces that can hit any of the enemy races hard. Also like Zemion’s team, they too are sticking closely to their races but get on more thanks to their history and less conflicting differences, which does make them nearly the winning team at one point. This battle will have created rivalries for years to come, especially between the titanrans and morfils despite very few cases of encountering one another, but the bad taste is passed onto future generations via retelling this history again and again.  Vatter’s army also performs some teamwork like the naravas tossing morfils around for grounding hits, the netrobots climbing on top of morfils to act as sentry guns on a morfils back, naravas’s spinning netrobots around whenever they get crowded from all areas and morfils riding on the netrbot’s ships to add to the sky battle. The rest of the fight starts to play out, Zemion and Dyon are in bad conditions despite Mechajaw losing and Zionthor getting worn out, Vatter begins to unleash the elemental wave now the machine helps him absorb all the elements. This distracts Zemion to a point where Orphion despite being knocked down stabs Zemion, killing him, and upsetting Dyon as he loses a round to Zionthor, Orphion too is sad but no traitors have a place in Vatter’s army.  Zionthor (and even others in the battle) quickly turn round and back again to see what this wave looks like, and the wave even enters the battlefield, getting rid of a couple of titanrans, sochas. But nearly all the graditis except Torrid, and this wave ends up causing the extinction of nearly a thousand races while performing minor positives such as bringing life to brownfield sites. But this machine cannot go any longer, and so before Zionthor performs a killing move towards Dyon, Dyon zooms to the machine, which is high up compared to the rest of the battle. Dyon then blasts and attacks the machine, stopping the wave, and stopping Vatter and all this element energy explodes and starts to affect the whole planet considering the amulet also gets damaged by the explosion of the machine. A weaker amulet design compared to the current updated new one, and stopping Vatter and the destruction of the planet ends this battle, flooding, fire, winds, lightning, vegetation, altering materials, animal spirits and moving ice go all around as the lands get destroyed, killing a whole planet. Overall, all sorts happened in the aftermath, the graditis are all wiped out, the sochas and titanrans lost a good few of their own and hid in the shadows with the titanrans taking the Livengor until finding out what else to do instead of being galactic protectors as many races used to be. Ozona took the chance to get hold of what would be his definitive power as the legion would see one hundred years later, Dyon took the form of energy that he gave to the tengers which remained as Zemion’s task even after Zemion died in the hands of Orphion as Zemion was fighting him. Ozona and Mechajaw all at once to keep them away from the army’s fight, and Torrid, wanted Hamota to himself, to explore the many possibilities, but at the same time, this experimentation would cost lives, and he would be willing to decrease many lives to go on with his experimentations, and Hamota isn’t keen in these experimentations hence why it acts wildly. Zionthor has also lost all of his race, even not knowing if Vatter is either dead or lost and even Torrid is unknown to be alive or not, with no answer to where Hamota is, the most mysteriously placed power compared to what else Zionthor is after. Zionthor lost his planet due to the machine exploding the power all around, there is the Deepa fortress which was evacuated from the ground of Zionthor's planet as the planet was getting destroyed from all the element activity. Thanks to Vatter, there were way more allies made across the universe, the influence to join their cause was great, and the influence would help Zionthor reach the heights he has today, whether he retains connections with his current allies or gets new ones. But the thing is, Zionthor will only get allies to benefit him, he is befriending dudes until he gets the full power. Then he will get rid of all his allies (as these are races who are into combat like he is which he doesn’t like) while also being able to bring his race back, and many other races that were once extinct depending on the kind of alien. All of those allies including the ones he sent to the Arctic would die in the future as they are beings capable of combat, and even if they have been loyal so far, Zionthor is not taking any chances, and neither was Vatter. Amicu concludes the story by talking about the flaws that could come about when creating a team of a variety of alien beings. Different races would mean different goals, not everyone will be on the same wavelength, and some races may have more of an advantage compared to others and it may get other races involved at the point of extinction. The legion may have been successful so far but they will be in trouble in the future especially if more get involved. The story from Amicu ended, making Nicole consider various other ideas that Amicu stated along the way such as losing track of certain beings, a misbalance of power levels or anyone getting influenced. This makes Nicole think about the team she has now and what will the legion be like in the future, something which makes the others wonder too. Regardless, they have made it to the socha's planet, only to find out that the sochas are hostages on their planet, surrounded by upgraded stonos and the legion now needs to find a way to save the sochas. Seeing that the sochas are hostages, Nicole has a level head, Opasnost is keen to fight and the rest are slightly anxious and nothing happens to them. If these sochas die the legion will be responsible now they are involved, and the sochas need to live to aid the possibility of protecting Ozona’s power. Nicole does come up with a good plan, to throw projectiles from every angle of the crowd of sochas and slowly get closer to get rid of all of the upgraded stoners, and they do all need to go considering they are only made for violence, an artificial race. Zammy zaps multiple ones from afar while also trying to use cubes but they all misfire, nearly hitting the sochas which they noticed and Nicole uses her grenade launcher to get rid of a majority too. Pod controls fire, ice and water to from a ring around the army to get rid of some while preventing them from getting to the legion. Opasnost is the only one who fights the goons up close, having fun slicing one by one, to which Arvin joins as well, with Opasnost seeing that the help is needed considering how many there are. Amicu uses his cubes to get rid of other upgraded stonos too while forming a barrier around the sochas to protect them, even getting them out of chains considering the sochas were chained up to one spot, resulting in an overall decent plan. Regardless, the legion and the duo do well, getting rid of most of the army, and we would say ‘most’ because the rest are all over the galaxy. The sochas thank the legion, and as Amicu states there will be more and they will possibly come to the legion. The legion explains that Ozona's power would need to be protected on the socha's planet, and the sochas are happy, but a defence needs to be formed. The sochas have a variety of rocks and a special vault which enables them to contain and hide Ozons's power, and so they go and make a start. As this moment happens, this is everyone’s introduction to what the sochas and upgraded stonos are like. The sochas are your average statues except they are made up of a stone-like bark which is also volcanic considering they are larva-based creatures and blue lava at that. They are also very tall, nearly nine foot tall, all bearing a staff of the same material, with blow blue eyes and veins all around.

~Chapter 8 – The elemental wave

Back at the Cometfront, Amicu introduces Zammy to the cubes, and after being given some minor tips. Zammy struggles to use them, and it doesn't get better afterwards, all he can do now is keep practising, as Zammy rushes to try and create his technology with them, even Arvin seems interested at first but is later bothered as he doesn’t have this tech generating ability. Before leaving Nahashtu, Nicole was trying to get new members, not now but hopefully soon, they all rejected, only wanting to admire the legion as they are, which does annoy the legion due to how repetitive the question is. Amicu, however, states a good few reasons why having such a big varied team could be a flawed idea, and he states all of those reasons in a massive piece of history, the biggest event in the universe also known as 'the elemental wave'. The event consisted of Vatter, Zionthor's father, who managed to get hold of the power of all the elements combined, and with this power, he was able to do anything like bring back races from extinction and make brownfield sites into new beautiful lands, but at the same time, getting rid of certain races, ones that could be seen as threatening or ones which are as cocky as Vatter, Zionthor and others of the race are keen to put themselves on top. Possession of all that power from the elements isn't easy though, it requires a special machine to fully absorb those elements into the body of the amulet's user, the amulet is what absorbs all the forms of energy, and Vatter was using this machine as he tried to pursue his goal. This is why during the end of the ‘elemental wave war’, everyone used safe and secure ways to gather certain elements such as the titanrans using vegetation to safely get hold of Livengor and take it with them, Dyon uses the cape of Zemion to grab hold of Vibre to take it to the tengers, Ozona uses some metal to try and contain Forza to keep it to himself and the last to be collected was a type of energy called Hamota, which is the source of all solid materials, meaning it is made out of the same cubes as the ones Amicu can spawn and have fun with (and cubes atomically make up all solid materials). Zemion, the creator of Dyon (and who created Dyon recently) tried to form a legion of his own, consisting of the titanrans, sochas and Graditis (who were Amicu's race). After knowing witnessing and experiencing some intimidation from Vatter and his many other allies, this is why Zemion's team couldn’t get any more races but was still mixed up. Zemion was alongside Zionthor after being persuaded by Orphion, but Zemion quickly got to see that this is not how he wanted to fulfil his purpose, and so they are to defend Hamota greatly. Despite losing Hamota, Zemion’s team keep themselves together despite clashing between races such as auguring who is better than one another, questioning each other’s methods of defence and mocking each other’s cultures, and so they all make their way to Zionthor’s planet, all following Zemion as he knows the location of Zionthor’s planet by now, all races have their crafts except Dyon who flies himself and Zemion to the planet and with the graditis flying their custom cube like ships to move along. As Vatter wears the amulet, he forcefully gets Zionthor to guard him and the other allies to watch all around the planet for any intruders, being so full of himself, makes Zionthor feel belittled considering he is the only one who feels like he has no significant position compared to Oephion or Mechajaw who are leaders of their armies. Hamota was placed in the amulet and now Vatter is wearing it and goes inside the machine where he can fully intake the element's power, therefore releasing the universe's reforming wave. But their preparation is about to pay off now that Zemion’s team is from the heights of the sky. This is close to the Deepa Fortress when it was the main castle of the world, even having its evacuating feature hence why it’s separated from the rest of the world later. All the evil armies start coming together and form a protective scheme around Vatter. The naravas have many defences like cannons and even firing shields are both defensive and offensive. Even the other naravas residents that were going about their day also have to move far from the area where the battle is taking place. Zemion’s team did attempt to attack while arriving such as the graditis throwing cubes from afar which have destroyed most of the defences, the sochas jumping off their crafts and starting firing projectiles from the ground, Zemion and Dyon also firing at individuals thanks to their lasers and the titanrans are to move ahead while defended by the other two races so they can lead the battle, with the titanrans running ahead and fighting with their strength while the others control vegetation to create more of a speed boost, with the vines hitting away or tangling a lot of the opposite team. Later on, all three races from both sides eventually start to fight up close despite some races fighting from afar, leading to a brutal fight which is also very varied. As this happens, Zionthor keeps protecting Vatter, even fighting off any of Zemion’s team without trouble and the likes of Ozona, Orphion and Mechajaw aim to fight either Dyon and Zemion, with Zemion persuading Dyon to stop both Zionthor and Vatter, and Zemion will promise to catch up with him. This results in Zemion fighting all three leaders, and despite the challenge, Zemion does well, and as Ozona is far less powered, he was the first to go. Behind all of this, this is where the traitorous graditi, Torrid, takes to get Hamota for himself, so instead of sticking with the rest of his race (a race that has been pushed aside by multiple times), he is aiming to stop Vatter’s machine before he goes, not caring about anyone else. Dyon has made it to the machine, it is still charging, Vatter is getting himself familiar with the elements, but having to absorb all four powers at once is doing massive harm to him, but will all heal once the machine helps the amulet bind Vatter’s body properly. Dyon only needs to perform a good few attacks to jar the machine, but that means getting through Zionthor first, which is not an easy fight. Torrid never made it to the machine, held back by the opposite team, but due to his knowledge of his Hamota-like abilities, he can fight anyone quite well. As the battle goes on, more sochas are getting closer to the battle, trying to throw more larva blobs as well as forming larva everywhere to give Zemion’s team an advantage, and even the titanrans work with them by making vegetation carry the larva along for both offensive and defensive purposes, even some graditis help form massive cubes for the titanrans to throw and even getting some blunt weapons formed by the graditis, and the graditis also use cubes to make the larva spreading go faster by pushing it, meaning some good teamwork despite their differences, and not everyone is on the same page, mainly focusing on their race rather than keeping out for everyone on the same side. The opposite team however also have their roles in the battle. The naravas after losing most of their defences try and join the battle as the most superior martial artists, getting rid of many, mainly the graditis as they are more powerful compared to the titanrans and sochas, but that also means the naravas are the main focus against the battle too. The morfils do well to maintain their up-close position, also having their hammer weapons which have long sticks and sharp edges which makes them blunt forces that can hit any of the enemy races hard, and also like Zemion’s team, they too are sticking closely to their races but get on more thanks to their history and less conflicting differences, which does make them nearly the winning team at one point. This battle will have created rivalries for years to come, especially between the titanrans and morfils despite very few cases of encountering one another, but the bad taste is passed onto future generations via retelling this history again and again. Vatter’s army also performs some teamwork like naravas tossing morfils around for grounding hits, the netrobots climbing on top of morfils to act as sentry guns on a morfils back, naravas’s spinning netrobots around whenever they get crowded from all areas and morfils riding on the netrbot’s ships to add to the sky battle. The rest of the fight starts to play out, Zemion and Dyon are in bad conditions despite Mechajaw losing and Zionthor getting worn out, Vatter begins to unleash the elemental wave now the machine helps him absorb all the elements, and this distracts Zemion at a point where Orphion despite being knocked down stabs Zemion, killing him, upsetting Dyon as he loses a round to Zionthor, Orphion too is sad but no traitors have a place in Vatter’s army. Zionthor (and even others in the battle) quickly turn round and back again to see what this wave looks like, and the wave even enters the battlefield, getting rid of a couple of titanrans, sochas but nearly all the Graditis except Torrid, and this wave ends up causing the extinction of nearly a thousand races while performing minor positives such as bringing life to brownfield sites. But this machine cannot go any longer, and so before Zionthor performs a killing move towards Dyon, Dyon zooms to the machine, which is high up compared to the rest of the battle and Dyon blasts and attacks the machine, stopping the wave, stopping Vatter and all this element energy explodes and starts to affect the whole planet considering the amulet also gets damaged by the explosion of the machine, a weaker amulet design compared to the current updated new one, and stopping Vatter and the destruction of the planet ends this battle, flooding, fire, winds, lightning, vegetation, altering materials, animal spirits and moving ice goes all around as the lands get destroyed, killing a whole planet. Overall, all sorts happened in the aftermath, the graditis are all wiped out, the sochas and titanrans lost a good few of their own and hid in the shadows with the titanrans taking the life force until finding out what else to do instead of being galactic protectors as many races used to be. Ozona took the chance to get hold of what would be his definitive power as the legion would see one hundred years later, Dyon took the form of energy which he gave to the tengers which remained as Zemion’s task even after Zemion died in the hands of Orphion as Zemion was fighting him, Ozona and Mechajaw all at once to keep them away from the army’s fight, and a slightly evil graditi, Torrid, wanted Hamota to himself, to explore the many possibilities, but at the same time, this experimentation would cost lives, and he would be willing to decrease many lives to go on with his experimentations, and Hamota isn’t keen in these experimentations hence why it acts wildly. Zionthor has also lost all his race, even not knowing if Vatter is either dead or lost and even Torrid is unknown to be alive or not, with no answer to where Hamota is, the most mysteriously placed power compared to what else Zionthor is after. Zionthor lost his planet due to the machine exploding the power all around, there is the Deepa fortress which did evacuate from the ground of Zionthor's planet as the planet was getting destroyed from all the element activity. Thanks to Vatter, there were way more allies made across the universe, the influence to join their cause was great, and the influence would help Zionthor reach the heights he has today, whether he retains connections with his current allies or gets new ones. But the thing is, Zionthor will only get allies to benefit him, he is befriending dudes until he gets the full power, and then he will get rid of all his allies (as these are races who are into combat like he is which he doesn’t like) while also being able to bring his race back, and many other races that were once extinct depending on the kind of alien. All of those allies including the ones he sent to the artic would die in the future as they are beings capable of combat, and even if they have been loyal so far, Zionthor is not taking any chances, and neither was Vatter. Amicu concludes the story by talking about the flies that could come about when creating a team of a variety of alien beings, different races would mean different goals, not everyone will be on the same wavelength, and some races may have more of an advantage compared to others and it may get other races involved at the point of extinction. The legion may have been successful so far but they will be in trouble in the future especially if more get involved. The story from Amicu ended, making Nicole consider various ideas which Amicu stated along the way such as losing track of certain beings, a misbalance of power levels or anyone getting influenced. This makes Nicole think about the team she has now and what will the legion be like in the future. Regardless, they have made it to the socha's planet, only to find out that the sochas are hostages on their planet, surrounded by upgraded stonos and the legion now needs to find a way to save the sochas. The upgraded stonos, however, were a lighter blue compared to their original forms and bear two mace weapons instead of one, they are already stronger, faster and more robotic.

Going back to Nahashtu, the legion is wondering what to do next. They can go to the socha’s planet, and they can use the journey’s time to try and find other alternatives, even Amicu mentions the world of his race before his race died out, not to mention a world of the arrowics which is also used to protect anything valuable. Carpo is shocked to hear that, any race they resurrect can come back to square one, even if bringing back Zionthor’s race, they can be better than the era Zionthor was tied to. While Carpo tries to chat with Vondur about the legion, Zionthor’s allies jump near the Titanrans, and Ekron sees earlier that the titanrans saw the legion. The Titanrans try and get the goons to back off ( the goons being Ekron, Bonking, Astroiden, Ravycon and Mollug).  Carpo and Vondur try not to act like Titanrans, but the cover is already blown thanks to Ekron’s epic spying skills, listening to their conversations and witnessing their chronokenesis. Back to the titanrans, the titanrans are starting to get hurt and scared by Zionthor’s allies, getting beaten by Astroiden, shot at by Bonking, Jabbed by Ekron and bitten by Ravycon, not to mention Mollug finding a spell which could kill both titanrans, after confronting and asking where the other titanrans are at. However, this is where the legion comes in, and fires their projectiles to get the goons away from the titanrans, these fatal projectiles either make the goons dodge the projectiles or hit them, making the titanrans move away. The titanrans take the time to recover and heal, wondering how they could fight again depending if the legion needs their help or not. As both teams fight against one another, Ekron fights Opasnost, Ravycon goes for Pod, Astroiden goes for Zammy and Amicu and Nicole are firing at both Bonking and Mollug. Nicole however is struggling to use cover as she keeps firing at either Mollug or Bonking, but eventually, Nicole fires a grenade launcher at Bonking, knocking him back, and making him teleport away back to the Deepa Fortress. None of this however is enough against Astroiden, he is too tough, even grabbing Amicu at one point, but that is where Zammy while waiting for the right time to strike eventually does, providing Astroiden with a lightning strike towards Astroiden without zapping Amicu too.

~Chapter 9 - A clone of his own

Dyon, on the other hand, has managed to bring down all of Zionthor's goons, except for Mechajaw, who has made himself more hidden as he plans what to do next as he has been told about the legion’s danger within the galaxy. Yes, there is Slitheroc but all of his creations have diminished, there was help from many residents all around the universe too as many residents continue to get inspired by the legion. However, Dyon gets ambushed, by a clone of him, hit by the clone at top speed as well as dodging the clone’s projectiles beforehand. Now that Dyon and Slitheroc's version of Dyon has landed on one of the asteroids, they both start fighting, mixing between charging at each other with hard hits or firing projectiles at each other while also trying to dodge those projectiles. The clone is a nasty piece of work, able to summon an arm blade and a powerful laser cannon, as big as a sewer pipe, with missiles that keep multiplying and machine guns coming from more places compared to Dyon. Dyon mainly has his around his arms and back, but the clone has shoulder and leg machine guns too, making it more of a challenge for Dyon. Dyon's main focus is to focus on taking down the weaponry, knowing that going for the head is any netrobot's downfall, that is where most of the functions take place. Dyon has been shot by the machine guns a couple of times, resulting in a few bullet holes through him alongside the edge of one of his arms being grazed by the thick cannon laser. Dyon uses his speed to dodge the fire, go behind the clone and rip his jet pack off, considering that is the only speed source of the clone compared to Dyon who has multiple engines across his body, enabling more flexible speed boosting, efficient turning and dodging. Dyon uses his laser eyes to laser off the arm cannon, and while Dyon is behind the clone, he is taking the chance to rip more from behind, like the clockwork within the clone's head, and uses his machine guns to fire all around his body to prevent any more weapon functions, this ends up being too much for the clone. Despite the clone even taking the chance to try and hack at Dyon via another hand function, nearly drilling deep into Dyon's head, nearly making Dyon hostile just like the clone, alas, the duel ends on a frightening note. The fight was not easy, even Dyon nearly got shut down as well as getting hostile as the clone attempted to get into Dyon’s head via his mechanical mechanics. But in the end, Dyon wins the fight, using the clone, Dyon manages to contact Slitheroc, who is making his way to the sochas alongside most of the upgraded stonos. Dyon tries to contact Slitheroc via the Dyon rip-off, and they both talk about how both are just as bad as each other, causing problems wherever they go. Dyon states that Slitheroc is in the obvious wrong to try and harm multiple planets. But Slitheroc counters this by stating that the legion's influence could be flawed, the legion could let the public down and cause something negative afterwards. Or they can even make others try and be like the legion which is what harmed Slitheroc and his race, reducing crimes and disrupting Zionthor's plans which negatively affected Slitheroc's lifestyle. So he wasn't bad from the off, he thinks the legion did this to him. Dyon doesn't bother with this nonsense, and so Dyon and Slitheroc end the conversation. Dyon knows the legion is about to sort out Slitheroc, and so when Nicole is called by Dyon, and Dyon after being updated by Nicole, he is going to go after Zionthor. Nicole somewhat objects to this idea because he is going alone, but if Slitheroc is getting sorted, and Zionthor could plan the next big threat then what else can he do? Even the morfils at the moment are inactive, annoying Pod when he hears a part of the call. And so Dyon starts flying to find Zionthor, having a good idea thanks to his spare time going all over the galaxy to where the Deepa fortress will be hidden. As Dyon flies to find Zionthor, this is where he starts to get an idea of what Opasnost and Amicu are like, and while he is more endeared to Opasnost, he feels like he is familiar with Amicu, but from what he has seen, Amicu must have been a lucky graditi to be alive despite what happened with the ‘elemental wave’ event, but regardless, he would like to meet them both once he has more time.

~Chapter 10 – The Legion and the sochas

During the formation of the defences alongside placing the power carefully into the socha’s very own vault which can go in and out of the ground. Zammy tries to have a go with his cubes, possibly adding to the defences but he continues to struggle, something with Amicu watches. Even Arvin is watching this too, feeling like he is losing a mate, getting replaced by power. One socha goes up to Zammy, and these sochas are some of the best energy experts in the universe, so the socha teaches Zammy even more tips for how to control the cubes and other tricks. Even using your inner strength will help too, and it works far better for Zammy, being able to reform a wrist blaster. The socha then goes on to explain that most forms of energy can instantly connect to the mind, even if there can be rejections like bodily harm, making a user able to use any form of power even if there are more complicated tricks to learn. Not to mention if provided a trace of Amicu’s power which Zammy attempts to store in a wrist blaster that is attached to the back of the suit, then the suit should absorb the damage of the power rejection. Zammy can also possess a powerful form of lightning does gives Zammy a mild advantage as it can be an addition to the cube abilities or can quicken certain methods such as speeding up a machine. Even Zammy as he spawns cubes decides to make them blue instead of the average jade green colour, just to add to the experimentation. Not only does this bother Arvin but it also bothers Amicu more, worrying that will be outdone by Zammy, which gets him into a certain mood. On top of that, Amicu has been getting funny looks from the sochas, considering how the graditis and the sochas used to clash from time to time, also wondered how Amicu survived where the sochas thought all the other graditis were extinct, the old sochas remember the event and the younger ones are familiar via the stories told to them.  Before Amicu makes his way to the vault of the sochas once he finishes placing some defences as he makes multiple hands out of cubes, Pod, Opasnost and Arvin have a small chat. Opasnost and Arvin compared their abilities considering their abilities come from the life force, Opasnost does get slightly jealous of Arvin for having more abilities than him as Opasnost always likes to find different ways to fight foes. He does however have more solid abilities which he can maintain for the long run, while Arvin has multiple temporary abilities, but even then Opasnost starts to make connections he never really made, making him a tad more sentimental. Even Pod and Opasnost do get on more thanks to Arvin, enabling them to get on as they make the defences, with Opasnost listening to Pod. Opasnost then asks about Pod’s abilities, and Pod shares that he has the powers of fire, ice and water, which grabs the attention of another socha as this form of power seems familiar. Opasnost thought of it as cool, very abstract yet grand in scale and witnessed instances of it during the fight on Nahashtu. Pod explains that he is glad to have this power as it would overcome Mechajaw. Opasnost wonders who Mechajaw is, and after explaining, Opasnost is intrigued to battle him, Opasnost shares that, unlike others, he wants a one-on-one with Zionthor, thinking of himself as powerful enough. Pod however states that while confidence is good, teamwork is also important, there have been Orphion and Ozona who required teamwork, and so after explaining their difficulty, Opasnost pretends to act hard but realises that Opasnost there might be enemies that won't always fear him, maybe Amicu has misled him. Regardless, Arvin is glad to see Pod and Opasnost get on, adding to friendships which is one thing in the past that has not gone. Afterwards, another socha comes about to help the three of them with the defences. As that socha also was listening to what kind of abilities they have, the socha provides some advice which Pod, Opasnost and Arvin practise in between forming the defences, extra concentration, more inner strength and letting their power flow through then more so can enable them all to reach feats they have never reached. For instance, Pod can use his power to form a giant version of himself, made out of water etcetera, Opasnost can use his temporary invincibility to intake energy from a power source and Arvin can fully energise himself at a point where he becomes temporarily invincible while also being able to use multiple evolution abilities at once, making them all thankful towards the socha. However, Slitheroc and the upgraded stonos are nearly there, putting off the progress of the legion, and the legion is spooked to see Slitheroc for the first time.  Amicu tries to rush the situation, and as a result, one of the sochas dies because a briefcase that was being placed in the vault breaks from the heated ground, and Ozona's power leaks and rips a socha apart. Even Slitheroc tries to take the chance to tell one of Zionthor’s allies via the communication spell that Ozona’s powers are around, about to be placed within the vault of the socha’s. This adds to the chances Ozona’s power can be fetched in the future, but he is starting to get attacked by the legion’s projectiles, delaying the chance of Slitheroc telling Zionthor about something this important. The sochas are not impressed with Amicu, and Nicole gives Amicu a good telling-off, and she considers getting Amicu away from the team for behaving like this. This trouble starts to make the sochas hostile, but Amicu demands another chance, and Nicole nearly solidifies her decision until Slitheroc and most of his army come about. And so the legion mainly fights while some of the sochas continue to place the energy in the vault, giving them time, it's a tense battle. The legion, duo and sochas perform all sorts of to take down either Slitheroc or the upgraded stonos. As Slitheroc tries to fight Pod and others, Slitheroc continues to try and perform the communication spell to try and tell Zionthor about the fact that after seeing Forza still being transported into the safe, but continues to fail from the incoming fire and lack of cover. Regarding those who are fighting the upgraded stonos, thanks to the advice of the sochas, Zammy can perform all sorts of moves when mixing his lightning and cube abilities which enables him to become more independent while maintaining some teamwork. If anything, Zammy starts to get a tiny bit too cocky as he has gained more power.  Zammy performs many tricks such as summoning cubes which all connect via lightning, enabling him to zap multiple upgraded stonos, Zammy even summons a simple cube for Nicole to gain some temporary high ground away from the upgraded stonos. This enables her to shoot at multiple upgraded stonos, even Zammy quickly summons a temporary gadget in front of Nicole’s gun which enables her to shoot three beams at once, surprising her, but she liked that three-way shot. But as Zammy shows off, this worries Amicu more to the point where he takes his anger against the upgraded stonos, not cooperating with anyone, using his cubes to crush multiple upgraded stonos, crushing them in many different ways, while also forming cubes to hit and push multiple stonos at once too. The sochas, on the other hand, have all sorts of tricks up their sleeves (despite not having any sleaves), similar tricks to when they were part of the elemental wave war. For instance, they throw larva balls everywhere, and this is the kind of race in which despite their teamwork are all strong on their own, performing other moves like swinging their staffs at the upgraded stonos, making them get whacked away far. Not to mention these sochas can manipulate lava, making them rise or form larva rivers for the upgraded stonos to fall into to roast them, making the larva a useful trap. After all, this is a flexible world, they can manipulate the larva in any way they like without causing any environmental problems, that is how baron the world is.  There have been a couple of cases where they help the legion such as throwing upgraded stonos towards Zammy for him to zap and summoning lava around Nicole to give her fewer targets to fire at. And then, there is the main boss, Slitheroc, who is fighting Pod, Opasnost and Arvin all at once, even in one case, Slitheroc nearly killed Arvin. This makes Pod defensive, even Opasnost too, making Pod and Opasnost angry towards Slitheroc more so, and so they work together with a clever approach while using their abilities with the help of the socha’s advice. Opasnost maintains his temporary invincibility at a point where he manages to intake any of Slitheroc’s fire-like abilities, absorbing the energy instead of trying to reflect which is tricky to do after his temporary invincibility normally helps reduce hard physical hits towards him, but it does help him continue within the fight. Arvin charges towards Slitheroc while high on life force energy, which he aims towards Slithroc’s claw-like hand, breaking the sharp long nails off them, and Pod attempts what he has learnt from the sochas too, and so after getting hit back hard by Slitheroc. Pod attempts to form a body around him, made up of fire, ice and water, and uses it to power against Slitheroc, trapping Slitheroc within fire, ice and water for a long time, adding to the damage, impressing Arvin and Opasnost, and with Slitheroc slamming towards the ground, Opasnost jabs his blades around Slitheroc’s legs. Afterwards, Arvin evolves both his mouth and claws to go for Slitheroc’s head and Pod drives his trident through Slitheroc’s chest, finishing him off. The rest of the fight starts to round up as Zammy, Nicole, the sochas and Amicu despite being more independent fighters work as a team to finish off the remaining upgraded stonos around the planet, Amicu defends Nicole by placing cubes around her so that no attacks from the upgraded stonos come to Nicole, making Nicole more forgiving towards Amicu. Amicu even provides platforms of Zammy so that Zammy can fire lightning below, finishing off the whole fight, with the sochas even using Zammy’s lightning to redirect it towards the rest of the upgraded stonos. Even the larva blobs that are thrown around by the sochas have lightning within them (added by Zammy) to make them more powerful, and able to take down entire groups. As the fight ends, Nicole also sees that Amicu tried his best and so decides to keep Amicu where he's at despite her doubts. Before the legion leaves, they do add to the rest of the defences, but the sochas not only thank the legion for defending them. This also means some forgiveness after earlier, but before the legion goes, they would like to share a piece of information with the legion considering how important the kind of energy is. It has been two hours since the storm was mentioned to the legion, so they still have nearly a day’s worth of hours left before they get to the storm. The storm they only need to shut down and counter any attacks depending on what kind of storm it is. Before Slitheroc died, he was hoping to share the information that the socha’s have Ozona’s power, but he couldn’t get his communication to spell up to contact Zionthor, making Forza remain a mystery.  And now he has gone, his body is thrown into the socha’s larva, getting rid of any trace of him, even getting rid of the ship by dismantling it. What is this piece of information? What made the ultimate form of energy that Vatter absorbed a hundred years ago?  Well, it turns out that the life force, Ozona's power, Hamota and the power in Pod's trident are the 'eternal elements', these are the most powerful forms of energy in the universe and these are what make up most of the universe. Each element not only has its proper name but they embody various aspects of the universe and even used to be living beings that guarded the universe before new races started to get inspired by them (and before the elements were converted into forms of energy). Not to mention every ability that all races have comes from the elements to some degree. The life force also known as Livengor is what generated every life form, plant and spirit, also tied to healing, evolution and growth. Ozona's power is called Forza, It mainly possesses air-like qualities like wind, air, weather, tornados, lightning, gravity and even force fields, and extra control of air can result in telekinesis. Hamota is the cube element which was stated earlier, not only every type of material but even technology. Finally, Pod has Vibre, embodying fire, ice and water, even being able to mix them, part of every trait of temperature. While the sochas do explain that while we do share element abilities, possessing the elements themselves is often unwise. After seeing Pod in action, he seems to use his power wisely, making the sochas warm up to the legion More, considering that the legion hasn’t become tempted to keep the elements too. Not only that but every element can be mixed in various ways just like in the real world such as bridges over water or birds using the wind to fly, meaning that every ability all these races have would have come from the elements in one way or another. This is why Zionthor is after all these special forms of energy, and as the most powerful race, he can embody them all despite needing the amulet and energy machine and merging all the elements results in the ultimate universe forming power. At first, the abilities have some limits, but getting all the elements and using the machine will enable more complex abilities like healing and life generation. The legion is all caught up and starts to see more significance for why these elements need to be more protected, and even remain separated, so they are off, hoping to protect Hamota once they come across it.  Before leaving the sochas, Nicole has a small thought where she thought she could at least make one of the sochas a part of the legion, but after seeing how capable her team is so far, plus worried about trying to manage a whole heap of members, she decides that the sochas are already protecting something important. Even Opasnost makes a joke to Nicole about how she will ask for another ally, and Nicole states not this time, she needs to make more sensible decisions, meaning not take allies who are protecting something important.

~Chapter 11 – Dyon vs Zionthor     Down at the Deepa fortress, Zionthor hears the news about Slitheroc dying, he doesn't get a response from him via the communication spell and also sees what Slitheroc had done for Zionthor such as supplying the armies. Thanks to the goons keeping track, it turns out that Slitheroc only has the rest of his upgraded stonos left, making choices limited, making Zionthor wonder what to do if his forces are at their smallest. Zionthor is all alone, knowing that his best goons are still around out there, but he is then ambushed by Dyon, who is trying to fight Zionthor head-on, using his speed, strength and weapons against Zionthor. They sadly do little against Zionthor no thanks to the armour he wears not to mention the top physique he possesses, this is a fight that does go on for quite some time, during all the next shenanigans to which the legion go through. As Dyon and Zionthor fight, while Dyon has more abilities, Zionthor is still hard to fight regardless. Dyon does everything from pushing Zionthor into walls hard while using his flight as a boost alongside being able to perform punches and kicks quickly, plus firing at Zionthor at every opportunity even when Dyon is hitting Zionthor up close. Dyon at times also tries to pull Zionthor out of the building into space as Dyon can cope with space but not Zionthor. But doing this is also hard because not only are the walls hard to break through but there is an invisible force field around the fortress, not only protecting the fortress from space but also the variety of cosmic activity out there like solar flares. Even during the fight, one of Zionthor's allies if you cross a jellyfish with a larger human, squidgy, no bones, able to spray acid and form his thick tentacles. He attempts to spray acid at Dyon and even wrap his tentacles around Dyon, but considering Dyon takes no damage from this, this fighter which is a Zavanoi, is shot by one of Dyon's missiles, killing him, and angering Zionthor. While Zionthor has taken a lot of hits, they don't affect him much, able to fight thanks to his anger, so there have been cases where Dyon is thrown around, and even punched and kicked in ways which are just as hard as Dyon if not harder. Zionthor also has the advantage of having way more martial arts under his belt, countering many of Dyon's attacks, and even Zionthor had been quick enough to dodge some of Dyon's projectiles, making this fight balanced, but Dyon is still eager to try and kill Zionthor before any more trouble happens. As this happens, both have one or two words along the way, they remember each other from a hundred years ago, and since then, they have been waiting for this rematch after what they have done to each other.

~Chapter 12 – The Cometfront’s dog fight     Speaking of the legion, they are in the Cometfront, and plenty of chatting is around. Firstly, Arvin is more unsure of Zammy and his new cube ability (when watching Zammy in the battle earlier), considering they used to make gadgets together. With Zammy being able to create anything at any time, Arvin is further bothered by the change. Zammy tries to talk with Arvin, but Arvin ends up going down to the lower deck, making Nicole follow Arvin. Nicole firstly asks if Zammy is okay considering Arvin walked from Zammy. Nicole meets Arvin, and tries to talk to Arvin, seeing that he is finding all these changes to be unsure. Nicole then goes on to say that change is always inevitable, and to cope with change, is how to adapt it yourself. Nicole tries to make Arvin feel better more so by talking about how the sochas helped Arvin unlock a new powerful ability, a very positive change. This shows how finding your power can benefit anyone, plus this is where Nicole also starts to see more that yes the legion may have new allies in the future, but there is no rush if any of the members can go further. And there is Opasnost and Pod who are talking about sorting out the morfils one day. Pod is somewhat fed up with the legion despite Arvin being the only reason he stays, and so wants to start making his own choices. But he is nervous to leave the legion, or still wondering if it's the right choice, but Opasnost is up for fighting some trickier foes. Even Mechajaw is similar in power level compared to Zionthor, who Opasnost has stated that he is very keen to fight Zionthor, wanting to make himself look good. Pod isn’t the biggest fan of Opasnost wanting to make himself look good but Opasnost’s lack of fear towards fighting is certainly admirable. Opasnost has stated that his ability to have temporary invincibility is what has boosted his confidence, never knowing what properly counters his temporary invincibility yet. Amicu however gets more and more left out of this conversation, but he is starting to get an idea about how Mechajaw used to impact Pod’s life for when Opasnost talks to Pod about how much Mechajaw has been a problem before and is a problem now. Even Pod becomes honest and thinks he is starting to get scared of Mechajaw, he might be unable to fight against him without the legion, which is another reason is hesitant to leave. Before this conversation carries on, the rest of the upgraded stonos start to come around on their upgraded roxi serpents, this alarms everyone in the Cometfront, and so Nicole gets everyone in position. Opasnost carries on acting as the pilot, Nicole gets both Pod and Amicu to attempt to use their powers, summoning them in thin air out of space despite being behind walls of the Cometfront, Arvin is using the ship only turret at the bottom of the ship and Zammy was tasked by Nicole to see if he could add to what Pod and Amicu are doing. Zammy then has an idea once the dog fight has gone on for some time, the Cometfront is on its own, there are too many roxi serpents considering this is the last of them. These were trying to make their way to the legion when they were still on the socha planet. The legion and duo are struggling so far, the roxi serpents are too quick, and it isn't any easier for Pod and Amicu to try to use their powers while looking out of a window while also using their senses. There is only one turret covering all angles (which is the top one), not to mention Opasnost can shoot ahead with the ship's own front guns. This is where Zammy has an idea to create a miniature Awesome Atone by manipulating the wall, the ship grows from the opposite side of the wall out of space, and Zammy manipulates the wall so he goes into his little craft without being exposed to space.  Zammy thought he would be safe with the team, but now he must use his initiative to help his team, mixing teamwork and independence. And so Zammy helps zap multiple roxi serpents, everyone is pleased, except Amicu gets worried and Arvin is mixed, seeing that this new power of Zammy is to be more involved in his life. This battle has been going through a series of planets close together, with their destination planet being ahead, meaning the Cometfront has to avoid being sucked into the strong gravity of some of these planets. The upgraded stonos try and whack the ship while nearby it as well as firing at it with a stronger form of air compared to what the past stonos were able to do. Unlike the past roxi serpent who could simply fly, now they can fire a force field like a laser from their eyes, which can dent if not cut through the ship badly, thankfully, the Cometfront's armour is strong but not if it constantly keeps getting attacked. Over time, Arvin and Opasnost manage to shoot at a few more of the upgraded stonos alongside the roxi serpents. Pod and Amicu are beginning to adjust to how they are using their abilities, even providing a hint of them two getting on as they merge their abilities like Pod making Amicu's cubes flammable. As well as Amicu's cubes add to swerving water to go around the ship for extra defence, but Zammy gets rid of the most, ending the dogfight, and getting rid of the upgraded stonos entirely. This is the first time all of them have gotten rid of an entire race, a race which was never meant to be made but it is an off feeling for them all, knowing these creatures all had to go for the legion’s survival. Anyhow, they have made it to their destination.

~Chapter 13 – At storms planet      The legion has made it to the planet, which was storing the storm, a world which is so deep, you could fall off the edge and appear on the other side of the world, full of chunks of artificial land, swirly roads and clouds thundering with lightning. After a good look around, after seeing a massive energy container, it turns out to be a cube storm which is charging up, once it's released, it is enough to go all around the universe. What makes this worrying is that if there were no other graditis other than Amicu, this means that Torrid could be alive and around this planet. This is no doing from Slitheroc (as the legion was told that Slitheroc was to charge up something which would attack multiple planets once released). Nicole tells everyone to prepare themselves, but it turns out, Amicu is Torrid the whole time, wanting to prove that this alien mixing team is just as faulty as the one created a hundred years ago by Zemion. He was never keen on this alien mixing, it has only led to conflicts that have made him uneasy for years, how can he spend years with Hamota if there might be an attack coming to him? Once the legion cracks this case, Torrid (not Amicu) embeds them all into cubes, in hopes of restricting them and even taking them down while Torrid finishes charging up the storm. It turns out alike Slitheroc, his life had been hindered by the legion too, If the legion is around, he cannot get into Hamato’s secrets, and the storm was building up because Torrid needed to place all of the discharge whenever the element was used, an element he has in his home world, answering where the last element is located.  Torrid so letting all this discharge everywhere will lead to an era of peace but at the cost of suffering. Torrid is also able to protect his planet but he is still insecure, not to mention the many times races have passed his defences and nearly hurt him despite his armour, but his getting hits stops his tracks towards the element’s secrets. This would make a lot of races gain a lower quality of life for other planet's safety, even hoping to hone at Zionthor too, Torrid wants no interruptions, sometimes looking into an element is dangerous business. Torrid is aiming to find all sorts of secrets such as perhaps creating brand new materials, and coming up with new ideas for technology and he even considers exploring other elements like creating his materialistic life forms if he ever gets his hands on Livengor. All of this experimenting with Hamota he has been doing for the last one hundred years since the elemental wave, only slowed down via interruptions from those outside of his world. This is where Torrid decides to get himself a bodyguard, encountering Opasnost who wants to fight all the time, Torrid hopes for Opasnost to defend him all the time. With the power Torrid has, yes Torrid would be having Opasnost around often but Torrid going from his familiar element onto other ones, he would give Opasnost any he wants, maybe a planet of his own. He will be able to access all sorts of power in peace, treating the universe as his playground, he has never made good connections, making him want his own company, making him more concentrated.   This sudden cube clobbering all around the legion while Amicu reveals his true nature shocks the legion, meaning that Zionthor was not responsible for the storm, only for letting Slitheroc loose. What's also interesting is that the planet turns out to be Zammy's, all bare, and he only just about recognises that the planet is not as nice looking as it used to be, Zammy's race would most likely be seen as a threat to Zionthor.  Zammy only left Earth before he was ten years old, so he does recognise his parts of his world, and he also remembers having to be evacuated. Unlike Pod and Arvin’s arrival to Earth which the base noticed, Zammy’s escape pod was silent and dropped him off, he ended up in an orphanage once other humans found him. His parents didn’t see him again, meaning they might have died too, and those on Earth thought he was a human considering he didn’t unlock his lightning until much later which is normal for his race.  And so, the storm is released to the galaxy, and even Torrid charges another attack that aims to bomb the legion like a collection of air strikes. These air strikes are to get the legion either dead or injured, Torrid only wants to get going, and certainly destroying the vehicles will keep the legion on the planet...or as he may have thought. Thanks to Pod's concentration, a shard of ice hits Torrid, and because Torrid has a very hard body, the shard doesn't hurt him but it is enough to lose his concentration, so everyone is set free. With the storm now ready, Torrid is going to use it to enable himself to escape while providing one chance to try and kill the legion. Like some races, they are better on their turf whether it's familiarity or a boost of power, and it is both with Torrid, he will go to the home world of the graditis, and Torrid tries to form a craft of his own using his material generating power. With the storm released, the legion tries and slow down Torrid but the incoming storm is making them have to go to cover, not to mention this storm is all being controlled by Torrid; he knows how to control it to target multiple planets, and he is using some of the cubes to target the legion. They all use their projectiles, unable to get close to Torrid, however, Torrid gives Opasnost an easy path to him, seeing if Opasnost wants to join Torrid. Confused, Opasnost asks why to do all of this, and that they were both mates and possibly joining the legion, Torrid was putting on a massive act, but he offers to make Opasnost more intimidating to others, to remain as Torrid’s right-hand man, to which Opasnost declines. This angers Torrid, and he tries to use cubes against Opasnost before Opasnost can land a strike on Torrid, even dropping his collabtor to prevent himself from being tracked, destroying his collabtor too. But when Torrid attacks Opasnost, Opasnost thankfully has his temporary invincibility up, being pushed not hurt, and Pod gets hold of Opasnost while defending himself and Opasnost with a chunk of ice from the cube’s attack. Nicole also defends herself and Arvin using the riot shield while also trying to fire their projectiles at Torrid.  Even Pod tries to use his ice shield and produce fire from it, but Torrid mainly uses his cubes to defend himself from those attacks. Zammy is the biggest force of the good guys though, not only is the lightning going from one cube to the next but he tries to counter them using his cubes, and he is mainly able to do all of this on his own, but Torrid then puts an extra focus on Zammy. Zammy has to move to avoid a set of cubes from Torrid, not to mention, Torrid earlier also uses his powers to tear the Cometfront apart, providing the legion with no way out of home if they are not dead, but with Torrid creating his craft, a craft which is mainly made up of cubes but he also creates his space suit to counter the effects of space. So he leaves while delivering the final blow towards the legion, a wave of cubes, more powerful than any tide of water, which completely runs over the whole legion, even with all of their defences up. With Zammy creating his defence consisting of a ball of cubes around him to counter the incoming tide, a tide which ends this battle. Back to the fight between Dyon and Zionthor, Dyon starts to see what the legion is going through, he calls it quits with Zionthor and aims to leave the Deepa fortress, leaving Zionthor bruised, and wondering what to do next. The fight is near the end and even Mollug is about to enter the Deepa fortress after his little trip to try and find clues of the elements. While also keeping track of the number of allies around, which is getting smaller and smaller, which Mollug is not only sad about but he knows this will also upset Zionthor. Even Mollug starts to hear noises from within the meeting room, making him run to where it is at. When intruders enter the base or cases when Zionthor's allies can sometimes fight each other, they never get as destructive as this, crumbling some parts inside the fortress. Dyon sadly is losing the fight, he can fly but he is running low on weapon choices, and he is starting to get cracks and dents in many areas of his body, Zionthor is simply too much for Dyon if fighting Zionthor alone, no wonder Zionthor has never lost a fight. With Dyon nearly losing the fight, he decides to leave the Deepa fortress, and Mollug sees Zionthor being beaten and Dyon leaving. As Zionthor mainly experienced bruising, he only requires simple first aid from Mollug. Dyon mainly flies to find Torrid, Torrid has used his cubes to hide from any recording technology, manipulating any technology to hide well, and Dyon does feel guilty for not being more there for the legion. Dyon even contacts Nicole to make sure everyone is okay, and it turns out they all made it, hiding underneath the rubble and all have been injured, with a couple of bruises and cuts. Everyone is gutted, Nicole is sad that she kept a threat, Pod is getting fed up with the legion and Opasnost feels used.  Zammy is also sad about his planet, but he sees it as an opportunity to see that he does need to be more independent, seeing that he is the last of his kind. What is interesting about this is that Torrid is an evil of his own, not connected to Zionthor, they even remember in the tale that Torrid acted out of his intentions, not everyone is influenced by Zionthor. Arvin despite being bothered by this new scenario decides to step up, try and keep everyone together, trying to get everyone to be happy, even if Pod and Opasnost have had second thoughts. Before Dyon finishes contacting the legion, Pod even has a go at Dyon for going for Zionthor instead of finding and sorting out Mechajaws and the morfils, or even helping the legion instead of the threats have diminished. Dyon despite being devoid of emotion does sense a hint of regret within himself and reasonable annoyance from Dyon, but he will help the legion now by slowing down Torrid as he gets a star to heal himself. Afterwards, Zammy takes the chance to motivate everyone, the only way they can get off the planet is via ships, right? And so he thinks back to the socha's advice. Zammy generates four ships, and they thought to create multiple ships to make it easier when flying through the galaxy of cubes that are now out and about. Creating these ships is Zammy’s best achievement with this new cube power, something which Pod is starting to dislike considering it shares the same power as Torrid. Even Opasnost is somewhat bothered by this, but Arvin reassures that not only does Zammy have his spin of this power but that the legion also has a minor advantage. Zammy creates another Awesome Atone, a repaired Cometfront alongside their own Monolog and Starburst ring after looking back on their trip in Nahashtu. Zammy is to drive the Awesome Atone, Opasnost has his Cometfront and then Pod and Nicole are given tips for when Pod drives the Monolog and Nicole drives the Starburst ring, and after some practice, they get going, and even Arvin joins Pod too. Opasnost is pleased with how better the Cometfront is, Zammy adores how similar his vehicle is compared to what he made before. Both Nicole and Pod are nervous to pilot alone, but they are glad Zammy has made the controls very simple, and easy to use as they start to get used to the ship very quickly, not everyone is the keenest with one another, but they need to take this out on Torrid.

~Chapter 14 - The cube storm     As the legion make their way, using the green ape’s GPS technology to try and find Torrid, seeing that most of the activity that is controlling the storm is coming from Hamo, the homeworld of Hamota, where Torrid’s race used to live before they went mostly extinct, earth has been hit by a couple of cubes, nothing major but it can get worse. Hamo is mainly jade green like the element itself, hard hilly ground, cubes embodied in the ground or floating in the air with very few buildings including the Hamota temple. Nicole does take the chance to call Mike, explaining everything and planning how to cope with the brand-new situation. Mike is sorry that Torrid stabbed their backs, and Mike reassures that it wasn't Nicole's fault despite Nicole explaining everything to Mike. But as always, Mike’s reassurance and positivity despite the facts often helps Nicole. Retron eavesdrops on this and so comes up with an idea, once again building himself up and bringing down the legion simultaneously. Mike gets the earth to be more prepared such as getting the servicemen ready and getting the new evacuation system in place for the residents.  Retron takes the chance to go and find the satellite, which has been recently completed, and so he takes the chance to contact the many races on the opposite sides of the satellite, letting everyone know that this new attack of cubes is the fault of the legion. This has made all these races unsure or feel disconnected from the legion, which also means that they will help themselves and not help the legion, to the disappointment of Mike later when he goes to see the satellite only to find out that no alliances are to be made. Torrid has arrived at his race's home world, but as Torrid arrives, he starts to hear a quick craft, and after a hard look, he sees that Dyon is arriving. Now Dyon has arrived, a fight between two powerful entities emerges, Dyon uses the same method of taking down any powerful opponent, charging and beating up foes while fighting at them, but with Torrid, it is difficult because Torrid has many methods of keeping Dyon away from ever touching him. Torrid may have an extremely hard body but healing would take too long, and so Torrid keeps throwing blocks at Dyon, but Torrid uses more of his thoughts by making some of his cubes into edgy balls made up of netro, which can dent Dyon badly. Torrid does have a cool idea once he cracks Dyon in any way, he is aiming to hack into Dyon to make Dyon a hostile ally, so he can fight the legion if the legion ever makes it to Torrid's planet. Dyon can somewhat guess that this is Torrid's intention as Torrid is more of a cunning fighter than a brawler. As Torrid tries to damage Dyon, Dyon keeps charging but gets baited into cube walls or whacked away by blocks, and most of his projectiles are taken up by cubes, unable to land a shot on Torrid aside from one or two hits. Even Torrid attempts to manipulate Dyon in certain ways such as jarring Dyon's flight tech from the inside, making Dyon less fast and less able to fly, making Dyon worried. Eventually, Dyon ends up getting cracked in the head by multiple blows from Torrid's extra hard blocks as well and Dyon gets wrapped in cubes as well, making Dyon break out. But some cubes start to enter Dyon, trying to edit Dyon's computer-like mind, and Dyon starts to see that he is getting rebooted, and he has no other choice other than forcing himself to shut down, he is better to be out of the fight rather than risking the lives of the legion. With the fight done, Torrid keeps track of the cubes, and now he is to focus on them more, adding to the hits towards the planets using the cubes, harming, or killing many. Torrid also sees that Dyon managed to overcome Torrid’s hacking by shutting himself down, which does annoy Torrid but the might of the cubes should still be enough. He has had an idea to create a fighting entity to help him but as he is currently controlling a galactic force, he cannot do anything else for the long term. Trying to multitask many long-term tasks at once with a superpower is enough to take the life of the power’s user, it was the same with Ozona. Anyhow, he does get to sit in peace with Hamota safe in the temple of the planet, by sitting close to the temple, he can access its secrets without hurting himself, and practising this for the past hundred years. The legion is starting to arrive on this planet, finding it using the green ape’s GPS technology, but they would need to fly through a whole heap of cubes first.  This makes the legion play a dodging game, and a hard one at that, Zammy and Opasnost being experienced pilots can overcome this well enough thanks to their prior experiences. But Nicole and Pod have been struggling at a point where while Zammy and Opasnost manage to stick to going downwards, Nicole and Pod end up going in the wrong directions to avoid certain cubes, some which are zooming towards the legion, and others which move aimlessly like asteroids in space. This is where Zammy has an idea, to maintain the progress and help the others, he forms a new top turret on top of the Awesome Atone using his cube abilities, forming a turret which creates a massive set of lightning bolts that either destroys the cubes or move them aside. This does help both Nicole and Pod not escape from the cubes but help them make their way down to the planet. During this trip, all four ships have been firing at some of the cubes to use the machine guns of the spaceships to protect themselves or others. So far, it has been okay, except for Pod’s ship has been hit by one of the cubes, causing his windscreen to start cracking, and Arvin is in there too. This makes them all worry, and thanks to Zammy keeping tabs on all the ships, Zammy finds out that without getting to the planet in time or trying to repair it using his cube abilities, the windscreen will crack and the legion will end up losing two members. Zammy zooms up to get closer to Pod, and Opasnost then instructs them to keep the path clear for all the crafts. While Pod sees Zammy coming to Pod and Arvin, Pod and Arvin are keen to go fast and straight on, adding more pressure for Opasnost, and even Nicole joins Opasnost to keep the path straight for Pod and Arvin. Pod and Arvin are at top speed, Zammy is now following Pod and Arvin, trying to catch up, and even Zammy uses his cube abilities to edit the engines to make the Awesome Atone go faster so he can see the cracking windscreen, which is halfway from breaking. With Zammy now in line with the Starburst ring, Zammy reaches out to try and repair the windscreen but is struggling because both the Awesome Atone and Starburst ring have to move from place to place, making it harder for Zammy at a point where he might not be able to have the time or focus to repair it at all. The clock is now ticking, and the windscreen is nearly broken, There is a cube ahead that Pod, Arvin and Zammy might crash into. So to prevent this crash, Nicole and Opasnost fire at this cube at the same time, pushing it out the way, and now the Awesome Atone and the Starburst ring have reached the atmosphere as the windscreen breaks, no exposure to space, and with Nicole and Opasnost following close nearby. Despite the challenge, the legion eventually makes it to the planet. The crafts land on the planet, everyone exits the crafts, and everyone is glad to make it, but now the hardest part is about to begin, so Nicole devises another plan. However, they see that Dyon has been thrown aside, and shut down, They thought about getting a star, but the planet’s atmosphere would be extra hard to fly up considering how hard it was to enter the planet, and they cannot risk losing any more numbers. Zammy analyses Dyon and sees that he is not damaged, only shut down, something which the star wouldn’t have helped. Zammy wonders how his cubes could help but he is still figuring out how they work, making yet another option that’s out, but it is a time-sensitive situation, they must get going and stop Torrid Regardless, the plan is thought out by Nicole as they hide while looking at their next battleground. Hamota itself is within the main building of the planet where Torrid is kneeling nearby, Zammy is to try and edit the element to try and slow down all of Torrid's activities. Pod and Opasnost are to be up close to Torrid while Nicole is long-range and Arvin to assist in any spare situation. But first, Torrid needs to be distracted to enter the building, and all are to keep an open mind that plans might change over time depending on what might happen. If Zammy needs to enter the building, an ambush needs to be performed. Now, the legion sees Torrid, sitting on his own, Nicole aims for Torrid, Pod, Arvin and Opasnost to have their areas of cover ready to move when Nicole says ‘go’ and Zammy is already sneaking inside the temple. Once ‘go’ is said, Nicole fires her guns at Torrid to which Torrid reacts quickly by using cubes to defend him, and then he sees Pod, Arvin and Opasnost running at him from different directions, Torrid then circles himself with cubes to make it harder for the legion to get to Torrid. Pod manages to get through first and attempts to swing at Torrid using the trident while using ice to form shards which were about to jab Torrid until Torrid not only uses cubes to keep those shards away from them even Torrid forms a cube like a hand to grab the trident. Then he uses a bigger cube to shoot Pod away, and Torrid can multi-task with fighting the legion as well as tracking the cubes scattered all over the universe. As Arvin gets deep into the action, he looks at Zammy, a look to suggest that the changes towards Zammy will help this battle, a sense of acceptance which Zammy appreciates even if they won’t be fighting side by side. In the fight itself, Arvin enhances the claws to stab Torrid at his side, only to find out that Torrid’s skin is too tough for them. So Torrid tries to clamp Arvin via two cubes to crush him, but Arvin manages to use his power to keep himself tough, only for Opasnost to attempt to slash at Torrid. Torrid then throw Arvin aside too, and counters every slash from Opasnost using his cubes which are being generated on the dime, making Opasnost unable to slash at Torrid himself. Even Opasnost is having to avoid and slash away blades which Torrid had to take the time to form before throwing them all at Opasnost. Opasnost does use his temporary invincibility to take the strong force of the blades without being stabbed too.  Nicole throughout the fight tries to keep firing at Torrid but the cubes are too good at taking the lasers away from Torrid, this gets to a point where the cubes end up coming closer to Nicole, and now she has to run with her shield to avoid the incoming cubes.  The cube storm is a force that has never been as big since the elemental wave but thankfully less destructive. Torrid hammers his cubes towards nearly all the planets, aiming for planets like Nahashtu, the titanran's world and even Earth. Those from Nahashtu are scared, running about, wondering if they will be saved either in person or if this whole event will stop eventually. But well-built planets like Nahashtu have buildings that crumble and roads that crack, and many cubes going all over the place make the whole situation out of control. Carpo and Vondur have returned to their world way after seeing the legion, they are doing all they can to counter the storm, some races have enough abilities and resources to prevent the storm from going haywire. This is where the titanrans use vegetation and shelter to protect the more defenceless titanrans while the rest use their bodily strength or their chronokenesis to use vegetation to move many of the cubes aside or slow them down in various ways.  Finally, the earth is in-between, taking a lot of destruction, a lot of injuries are happening and the servicemen have to do their best to destroy any incoming cubes or try and help the people evacuate to some nearby safety shelters which have been recently made due to having threatened earth has been recently, but no legion means more of a disadvantage. On most planets, the races are not only suffering these effects but the released information about the whole attack being the legion's fault is starting to kick in as the situation is hard to control and stop. The legion will be letting many down, and their faith in the legion has faltered, it would take a lot to put the legion back on top again, Later Torrid manages to spot Zammy who is about to enter the temple, Zammy attempts to zap Torrid to diminish most of his cubes, and even Zammy forms his cubes to tie Torrid together to prevent any more cube abilities, but it isn’t just about the body movements, it is about the mind, and Torrid forms all sorts of cube-like chains to try and tangle up Zammy himself. This potentially twists him, but Opasnost jumps on top of Torrid to get him, and even Nicole with fewer cubes coming at her keeps firing her gun at Torrid, beaming towards a certain spot for a long time making Torrid’s skin crack. So the main method to take down Torrid is to consistently get to him, if not something powerful to get rid of him overall, to vaporise him pretty much. Nicole then contacts Zammy once Nicole fires at the cube chain which was tangling up Zammy, Nicole reminds Zammy of his task, to try and hack into Hamota itself and let them all do the attacking. Zammy agrees with this after getting spooked by Torrid, and so Zammy enters the temple while the others manage to distract Torrid, now that Arvin is projecting his life force energy towards Torrid. Pod also performing a flamethrower attack to try and roast Torrid once Opasnost gets kicked off again by another set of cubes. Zammy is now in the temple, even covering the entrance of the temple using his cubes, and so Zammy sees Hamota itself, made up of multiple cubes all spinning around at once. Zammy becomes nervous at first but once he starts using his cube abilities, he starts to interact with the element. It does get him at first but he cleverly goes into the element more by constantly shapeshifting his suit so it constantly regenerates, so the suit can take the damage and not him. Even adding to his power thanks to his lightning ability, and by doing, Zammy can slow down the cube storm, even diminishing some of the cubes alongside trying to harm Torrid himself, if Torrid is a being who is made up of both living and solid matter. What’s interesting about these elements is that when trying to use them, they connect with your mind which makes anyone able to interact with the element and perform various abilities from it, and the more time you spend with it, the more you get the knowledge and unlock. This is the case despite being powerful forms of energy which can vaporise anyone via a single touch so controlling the power first is highly recommended. Back to the fight, they all keep trying to damage Torrid, trying to work together despite going for an approach where more independence is implied, Nicole is still firing her laser, even shooting her grenade launcher now and again, and the rest are going around Torrid to try and overwhelm him. Opasnost skids all over Pod’s shapeshifting ice to gain some higher ground, and Arvin is on Opasnost’s back to add to the close-quarter attacks, slashing the cubes away. Even managing to jab Torrid a couple of times, with Arvin acting as Opasnost’s projectiles, not to mention Pod try to jab his trident through Torrid while freezing him to make Torrid’s surface weaker. But this plan backfires, Torrid forms almost a living being that fights Opasnost up-close instead, testing Opasnost’s blade skills, and it encourages Arvin to get off, and even Arvin tries to fight Torrid himself once Pod is fought off by a wave of cubes. Arvin goes from one evolved form to the next, with bigger claws, body spikes, bigger arms and firing a life force from his mouth, despite being at his most powerful, even that doesn’t do enough. Even Opasnost becomes scared after fighting his cubes Nicole then has an idea, seeing that Zammy’s damage towards Torrid is not enough, only a few body cracks and diminishing a cube here and there whether it's Torrid’s or the storm’s. Nicole then contacts Opasnost to go and help Zammy, if Opasnost temporary invincibility can intake force, then it could help Zammy get to the element better. Opasnost agrees, seeing that power is not just about being more intimidating, and Zammy needs the individual strength of Opasnost. Zammy sees that Opasnost has entered the temple via Zammy’s cubes, and Zammy builds up the door again once Opasnost is nearby. Zammy explains that the procedure is rather difficult, thinking the progress has been very minimal, Opasnost then stands opposite Zammy, holding his arms. Opasnost then goes to withhold his temporary invincibility longer than he ever did, taking some of the power away from the element. This enables Zammy to go deeper into the element, not only slowing down the storm more which reduces the battering of the planets. Even Torrid starts to struggle with summoning cubes and with many of his cubes evaporating from existence. Thanks to this teamwork, Opasnost understands more about what being part of a team is about and Zammy is very thankful for Opasnost’s help. Not only does this fight get harder, but the storm towards all the planets has been getting worse. The most deaths have happened in a long time throughout the galaxy, and this even risks those in the Deepa Fortress. All the allies are at the fortress, performing all sorts of abilities to reduce the cube's activity coming towards them, a couple more are dead already. Mike has provided updates for Nicole now and again about the condition of the earth which is possibly occurring on other planets too, meaning the legion needs to hurry before the damage increases further. Nearly all the planets are reaching levels of nearly fracturing societies and systems. While this happens, Pod then has an idea, he concentrates extra hard to create a second form, made up of fire, ice and water, A giant Pod is made to counter the power of Torrid.  Torrid despite getting a weaker response to this by creating his giant form made up of cubes, and Nicole and Arvin try to help Pod by destroying the cubes to try to get at Torrid. This leads to a brawl of power, with both giants punching each other, and so far, Pod is getting the upper hand, able to freeze and burn most of the cubes, whether it’s Torrid’s second body or if the cubes are coming at Pod. Torrid then has an idea, Torrid then uses his abilities to form a solid figure of Mechajaw, remembering what he looks like from the elemental wave battle. He shows this to Pod, distracting Pod, scaring him, and Pod loses concentration, and Torrid throws his second form onto Pod, knocking Pod out and wrecking his second form. As Torrid wrecks Pod, Torrid quickly zooms towards Pod, building up blocks for a deadly finishing blow for Pod. Before Pod goes out on a bad hit, Torrid states some words about how morfils are truly worthless rot within the universe, never doing anything good, they too have been in the way of his goals. They have got in the way of Torrid many times when some morfils were curious, they are sent all over by Mechajaw after all when he is on other planets, Mechajaw never knew about this. Torrid even talks about how he likes being the only one of his kind to make him more significant, making Pod wonder if he is the only worthy morfil around. After all, all these morfils including Mechajaw having been chasing havoc all the time, were generated like the new stonos and the netrobots, and Pod has had his mind evolved to a point where he sees himself as a more aware being compared to the animals wrecking everything. This leaves Nicole and Arvin to be the remaining fighters, Torrid sees the temple has its entrance blocked so Torrid forms another cube hand to rip the custom door open, scaring both Zammy and Opasnost. This makes Zammy consider putting all of the efforts towards Torrid, not only via hacking into the element but also by trying to form various cube structures to keep Torrid away from the element, but sadly this means the storm resumes its normal speed. All those residents around the many planets notice this change of speed, causing mass panic, everything is unpredictable. With Torrid also using cubes to keep Nicole and Arvin away from him, the fight is getting more desperate, and considering all the changes that have happened and what could happen in the uncertain future, Arvin then has an idea. He forms tentacles out of his body to grab all of Nicole’s explosives, which puzzles Nicole at first but she couldn’t talk to him in time, as Arvin uses all of his life force to make himself both strong and fast. When Torrid uses his cube hands to grab Zammy and Opasnost away from the element, which knocks out Opasnost, Zammy forms many lightning blasters around his suit to keep Torrid back. Even mixing it with cubes to add to the damage, while it is getting to Torrid, it is not surface damaging yet, and Arvin helps Zammy by making the biggest tentacles which grab Torrid away from the temple. Grabbing Torrid towards him, while Nicole continues to fire at Torrid, both Arvin and Nicole’s explosives blow up, which finishes both Torrid and himself, both have vanished from extinction via a massive explosion, and the fight is over. At another time, maybe Arvin may have gotten used to the changes, but as the least flexible regarding the future, it was noble of him to give up his own life to help the future of others, he was part of a collective and it was fun while it lasted. Both Pod and Opasnost wake up from this, plus they can see the cube activity has also stopped, with Zammy sensing Hamota that the storm has also stopped, the planets shall not be battered anymore, but most of the damage has already been done. Buildings have collapsed, lives have been lost and the lands do not look the same with most of it being made up of cubes which have landed on the ground. While the legion is all worn out, they are mainly sad that Arvin is gone. Aside from a couple of instances, they never saw the full picture that Arvin had never been happy with the changes, he has been hooked by nostalgia, when everything was simple, and even the future would be unknown, Who knows what the future could be like, will the legion still have its fan base? Would anyone consider joining the legion? Would Opasnost or Pod stay? Those questions had been spinning in Arvin’s head for ages. Zammy and Nicole are distraught, Opasnost is still sad despite not knowing Arvin as well as the others (while also wishing to know more about him) and Pod is angry, feeling disconnected. What makes matters slightly worse is that after learning that the titanrans are trying to resurrect races, the legion has now been responsible for two, no more graditis and no more evolos (for now), and while the titanrans would be happy to help, this adds to the dread.

~Chapter 15 - Aftermath     The legion returned to earth, with Mike waiting on the ground, letting them know that not only had there been no additional allies but they already knew that this next attack was the fault of the legion, puzzling the lot. Even the legion manages to take Dyon’s body back to the base to try and wake him up, but Retron who will have an advantage over the legion has an idea for what to do with Dyon, or if anything where to place Dyon. Regardless, Mike is very sad that Arvin is gone once he is told the news, and he already sees in Pod’s eyes that Pod is not as much into the legion as he was. Mike somewhat understands that Pod would have to leave the legion someday considering that what Pod is aiming for, would have taken too long to do considering everything else, there are many problems like crimes that would have been required to be reduced. With the legion back, a funeral is planned and happens a week later. As well as Arvin's funeral, there are a dozen funerals not only within the earth but also on many other planets, This had been one of the worst kill counts in a long time, and all of this weighs on the legion. This also shows that if Torrid was kicked out of the legion or spotted any signs, then none of this would have happened. The funeral was small, only a few servicemen and public members came, but the rest of the legion, Mike and even the president all came. Even Arvin has his own grave which was the final part of the funeral. Even Nicole found a bit of his fur on her armour, something she will cherish, if not use for research purposes. The funeral had other parts too like his favourite songs playing and some vegetation to decorate the indoors of the service with jungle-like vegetation which he used to favour. The funeral itself goes well, but because of this massive blame on the legion, the president and many other politicians all agree that the legion should take a step down, stay away from all the planets and not be the face of Earth's defences, this does disappoint the lot. After the funeral, Pod and Opasnost have a chat, Pod goes out on his own to get to the morfils and Mechajaw, and he hopes Opasnost will come, but Opasnost has lost the mood to fight, wanting a chance to wind down after being used for so long. Pod understands this, but they do have one last trip together, off to their trip, to the ‘aircraft planet’, Garap. Before they leave, Nicole tries to talk some sense into him but to no avail, so Pod leaves on a bitter note. Even Mike appears, trying to get Pod to talk, and while Pod becomes hesitant to leave Mike, but ultimately explains that he is ready to leave the legion, he is going to sort out the morfils while the legion can do whatever they like. Nicole and Mike understand in silence, and so both Pod and Opasnost set up the newly improved Cometfront and left to the sky. There have been a couple of things Pod had done first before leaving, firstly if finding the morfils and the likes of Garap, Pod requires the green ape’s GPS technology and he also uses Mount Lebon to place Hamota in a safe place. Now that Earth has one form of energy to protect, not to mention Pod and Opasnost get rid of their collabtors, properly disconnecting themselves to the legion, simply chucked on the floor for Mike and Nicole to collect later. No thanks to the fight from a week ago, Opasnost had lost his interest in fighting, if he struggled against Torrid then how could he top Zionthor? Fighting will never be as fun as it was, Zammy is too sad, and so tries to see Nicole, but Nicole pushes Zammy away. Nicole may learn that less is better when the team works well, but she still has lost four members as a result, who knows how the legion will build up again? Also, after Arvin's funeral, Retron goes to see the president, the president is sad about losing Arvin, he was his favourite member of the legion, not really in the mood for Retron. Retron slams the desk and demands to be listened to, even using his collabtor to demonstrate a call recording between Nicole and Mike, proving that the next attack was the legion’s fault, making the legion concerned. Shocked by the evidence, the president is going to have a work with Mike, considering shrinking the force of the legion to prevent another situation like this again, until the earth has recovered and is more prepared anyway. Retron certainly had his idea to make the Earth more secure and use the old and new netro technology to create a set of defences, drones, turrets and planet strikers to make Earth both a defensive and offensive force. The president thought this idea could work, and so he permitted Retron to start this new plan, even letting everyone know, the legion, politicians, servicemen, the lot. We then see Zammy who is on his own, near an empty beach, No one is around, but there are a lot of cubes all over. Zammy is no longer reliant on others, he is in the right state but he can use his inner strength to keep himself calm, and he is later okay, despite everything going on. What makes everything worse is that all of these residents from many planets, being inspired by the legion, have given up after hearing the news about the legion. Additionally, the remaining Zionthor allies at the time did get rid of a good load of residents before Dyon could reach them, which made Dyon sad as he got rid of those Zionthor-based allies. Sometimes, influence can make some look past at the consequences, so if being responsible for Torrid’s attack wasn’t bad enough, more extinctions may have been caused. The legion thought making the universe rise against Zionthor could help the legion, but that turned out to be a bad choice, even Dyon would have thought of this as a bad choice now it led to all of this. If the legion had certain aliens who utilised their abilities well, then anyone could, Anyone could be a saviour, the collabos helped Dyon after all, but a saviour should be those with enough experience, not as residents throwing themselves into action. A rise in help for the legion could be possible, but now wasn’t the right time, It was all too much for the universe, and legion should have kept it to themselves, even if it took time, the residents would still support them right now. The legion may have never started this uprising, they only used the satellites to track the dangers for residents to use when they needed the legion, and for races to spread news like Ozona’s death. But the legion didn’t tell the races to stop uprising either, and that was another mistake.
